Results came back very quick
Surprising and interesting what you can found out.

I wasn't to sure what to expect when I ordered the test, but the company were in touch really quickly with guidance. Results were also really fast.
I found the results really interesting and I'm now using it to improve how I feel which is working.
Only thing I didn't like was the amount of emails I was getting, but I have now unsubscribed and this has stopped.
Otherwise I am really happy with me experience.

Rapid service and well worth the money as cutting out the suggested foods is having a positive effect on me already.

I can highly recommend the Intolerancelab. Having suffered with IBS for a considerable number of years, sought medical advice on numerous occasions and undergone invasive hospital tests, the Intolerancelab findings have helped me to completely change and my diet and I very seldom have to take any medication. Hand on heart, this has been life transforming for me. To find that my symptoms have been due to food intolerances (for which I have many), has helped me to eliminate certain foods from my diet. To be pain and anxiety free is quite simply transformational. I can't thank you enough.

I received a huge list of random ingredients which never caused me any problem. It didn't include wheat which after 20 years suffering from intolerance, it's very clear it causes havoc in my digestive system. I didn't give it a second thought, what a waste of money

Really easy process 9/10 strands of hair sent off in a prepaid package I received the results back in just a few days with a link to an information sheet. Lots of follow up emails asking if I understood everything and if I needed any further help I could contact them direct via email. Would recommend this company to others I used a Groupon deal to purchase this and the company sent me further discounts for friends and family.

I was pleased how easy the process was even with a child. We got the results quickly and they were somewhat surprising but easier to read than from another allergy/intolerance test place we've dealt with. So points for that. However the two separate intolerance tests we've done, this one was from hair, the other one was blood sample, showed different things which to me is confusing. I don't know what to think really. But the process was easy so points for that.

I removed the intollerences i was informed about and my IBS stopped. I have gradualy introduced one or two items back into my diet. The best money i have ever spent.

Having suspected I was intolerant to certain foods I bought the platinum testing package. The level of analysis received was exceptional, confirming my suspicions that I had developed several food intolerances. It also highlighted triggers for my hayfever and that I’d had a reaction to a wasp sting 8 months earlier. Amazing that this could be determined from 9 strands of hair!

I've rec my results quickly. It's a general information what you should try to avoid in your diet and why. I suspected a high lactose intolerance and the results confirmed this. I'm satisfied b with the service.

Really easy and efficient service. Worth every penny. I had test done due to eczema and skin flare ups. Since eliminating or reducing certain items, I have noticed a big difference. Some things I would never have been able to pinpoint myself but now they seem obvious. For example, I have an intolerance to pine trees and after being in contact with pine on Christmas dinner table, I had a flare up. Also, I wanted some clarification on a couple of things so I emailed the company and they replied promptly with a full personalised response. 100% recommended.

I am so pleased with the intolerancelab. I've been on a waiting list with the NHS for my son to see a dietician to work out what is causing his upset tummies, but have been told that due to covid it could be another 12 months before he is seen. I'd already switched him to Dairy Free through trial and error but couldn't place everything that bothers him.

This has helped massively and I'm so grateful.

Their speed / efficiency / customer service has been fantastic.

100% a scam! Fair play, they sent my results back quickly… less than 24 hours after posting - which instantly rang alarm bells.

But the results were total rubbish, inconsistent with what is actually happening in the real word and a full report of over 350 tolerances are not actually provided - only what “they” perceive to the be the high % items. I paid for a full report!

In order to get a refund I need to provide a food diary covering 6 weeks… I don’t eat Brie which is apparently one of my issue foods - so a diary won’t prove anything if I don’t eat it in the first place.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AND IGNORE THE PLETHORA OF FARMED REVIEWS!

Customer service is near non existent as well.
