I ordered the product about two weeks prior to Chistmas hoping it would ship on time. I paid for express shipping, and it never arrived. When I checked the tracking, the product got stopped by USPS and was held for counterfeit shipping. I contacted Inyarose, and they stated they would look into it and refund my shipping (12/31/25). The product was on the move again, but then stopped again. I contacted Inyarose again, and they said USPS said they lost the package, and Inyarose offered a replacement or refund (01/11/26). I chose the refund, which I still have not received, either the product or shipping refund, as of 02/09/26. Customer service always responded within 24 hours, and I received a confirmation email for the refunds, but nothing has ever been credited to my account.

I bought this rose after reading Reddit reviews. It broke after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service, and they never responded. Extremely disappointed.

The questions for review were easy to understand and simple and direct.

Ordered 11/3 and still do not have it on 11/16.

Communication has been really slow, whenever I reach out with important concerns, their responses feel delayed and lacking any real urgency or concern. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t seem to prioritize its clients after such a major purchase.

Popular rose works great for my wife, but it is really loud toy. We both wish Inya could offer something just as powerful, but more quiet.

I got the rose sucking toy and the paw massager and both are very amazing!
