Why does this company still exist - surely fraud is a good enough reason for them to be shut down.

Unsolicitored email recieved today trying to scam me out of money. Go and get a proper job Jack Walsh and earn your bread rather than scamming other people out of theirs

Scammers. Trying to get companies to register with them a trademark, or stating that they will lose out to another company that will register the company name.

Disgraceful

Same email to a Church! Reported to phishing.gov.uk.

SCAM - Received the same email as below - very plausible, but something made me check them out first - glad I did Have forwarded the email to gov.uk and Action Fraud

I'm an IP specialist working for a EU based company providing Trademark protection and genuine business soloutions. We have had these people mentioned to us dozens of times now by clients. Absolute scam, don't send them a penny it will go up in smoke.

My advice would always be to make sure the person you're dealing with has a verifiable LinkedIn presence (thats how I sussed these guys out), and make sure they're not scared of a video call. I'm not the most photogenic guy in the world, but I'm always prepared to jump on a video call with a client if required. I can can assure you "Tom RIce" won't be doing that.

I**ots like this make my life 10 times harder because of their fairytale rates, and obviously the fact that they're complete scammers. I'm personally going to be sending their webhosts a strongly worded email and I would advise anyone effected by these sc**bags to do the same. Stay safe people, but also get your IP secured by a reputable company with staff who actually exhist.

Sent an email claiming trademark registration of one organisation, to a separate organisation that once held a meeting at the first one's premises. Sender is obviously using a scam sucker list rather than obtaining correct contact details from the first one's website.

Scam! Received an email from this email address today, not a real request.

SCAM - email saying another company had registered my company name

We had the exact same email claiming someone had registered our company name as a trademark. Absolute scam - Don't fall for it!

Agree with others - this is an obvious scam. Don't fall for it.

Got the email from them today quoting £550.00 exc vat to register the trademark. Having already registered trademarks in the past I knew it was a scam immediately, but unfortunately do think others may get caught out.

Scam company trying to get money off you.
Received the email today, with exact same details as all listed below.
They havent even got my company name correct, so how is the copyright going to be done to protect my actual company name.

Avoid and dont correspond with them.

These are scammers. Absolute scum.
