Was told to complete the test as a dare and I did. I obviously questioned the legitimacy of test, but did it anyway and paid the 0.50 cents to receive the poor quality certificate ( just friends in competition ). Imagine my surprise when I wake up to £41.99 taken from my bank account due to a 'subscription' sign up. I went back through the website and could not see anywhere that I had signed up for the subscription at all. When I emailed them, they explained that it was a very clear process, so I challenged it. They sent me a screen that was all in French. I explained that was unhelpful to me and I cannot read French, and my experience of their services were pointless and unneeded. It took nearly an entire week going back and forth for them to return my money and even then, they made it seem like they were doing me a favour, despite me never agreeing to the taking of the money in the first place. "Exceptionally we have agreed to refund you." - Yes, because you stole the money in the first place.
This company is a scam. Their test is rubbish and something you might give a pre-schooler to do. Avoid them and make sure you keep your money safe.

This company operates purely to scam naive souls like me who think 50 cents is all it takes for some test that requires credit card info. Complete my fault for giving this shady company my credit card info, but it is absolutely not obvious under any circumstances that you will be subscribing to their monthly service when you pay 50 cents. Distasteful and disgraceful company, can't describe it in any other way.

SOLICITO LA DEVOLUCION INMEDIATA DE MI DINERO DADO QUE HE PAGADO POR EL SERVICIO, LOS 0,50EUROS DEL EXAMEN. LOS 47,90 EUROS NO LES CORRESPONDEN, ESPERO UNA SOLUCION TEMPRANA.

Estafa. Te solicitan 0’5 euros por un test y después resulta que has aceptado una suscripción de 47’5 euros mensuales. Estoy esperando su respuesta para la devolución del importe, es totalmente un engaño cuando pones la tarjeta. MUCHO CUIDADO

Test effettuato a 0.50 abbonamento senza autorizzazione il giorno dopo di €48 ladri e truffatori. E basta.vi sembra che i soldi ci cadono dal cielo? A voi si evidentemente.

Son unos getas y unos estafadores. Pagas 0,50 por el test y luego donde no se vé ponen que te has suscrito y que tienes dos días de prueba. Y pasados esos dos días te pasan 39,90 los muy caraduras. Hoy me he metido otra vez a mirar y ahora pone que la suscripción es de 47€ así que el negocio les debe ir genial.
Devuelvo el recibo y el banco me dice que ná de ná que tengo que pagarlo.

Que me devuelvan el dinero. Segunda vez que me hacen el cargo. Ladrones.

Te meten una suscripcion sin decirlo claramente

Es muy engañoso. Te ofertan 0,50 eur precio total bien grande y en la letra pequeña de las condiciones que tú aceptarás sin leer; te suscriben automáticamente. Sin embargo hay un apartado específico para la suscripción. Todo muy legal; pero engañoso. ¿Cuanto deben recaptar de las suscripciones que los clientes no han anulado?

Te aseguran que vas a hacer un test de 0,50 euros y te meten una carisima suscripción a cambio de un servicio inexistente.
