for company formation, we provided the company secretary name and adress and they desapear.
No one answer again. while they have debited your bank account. Please take care to your money and void to be scamed.

We have made arrangements for an internet scam complaint

I needed to set up an Irish limited company from London and Irish Formations have been super helpful - they have been very friendly whenever we had to speak to them and dealt with everything efficiently - I recommend them very highly

WARNING!
I have used Irish Formation and they charged has hundreds of dollars in some automation which we felt is wrong. Feels like a scam. They took a year later more money even though the first deal was not what we needed. I can't get into more details but AVOID Irish Formation. Bad personal experience and now we are forced to sue them in the USA.

Having spent just over 1500EU for their non resident FULL gold star package. It is now 4 weeks later and we have nothing. They have sent back a form already signed by me, to send back to them, signed ?

Yes !! exactly. Also they demand everything via snail mail and then let you know each "next" thing they need as the weeks go by. They do NOT even bother to give you the full list so you could of simply sent EVERYTHING.

Email responses are as and when and if there is something they simply don't want deal with they simply ignore you.

Update: and given 3 star over original 2 as Finally got Inc Cert/awaiting paper docs 6 WEEKS since beginning.
