These crowd are complete and utter cowboys. They operate in a grey area in the law. My experience of them is that they do not follow the consumer protection laws of this country. Product descriptions will not match the actual products being sold, they will hide behind the line that the person purchasing had an opportunity to inspect prior to the auction.
I recently purchased 2 excavators from their auction in February. I was given the opportunity to inspect them beforehand and the staff at the front counter were very helpful with my questions. I was looking at another excavator however upon inspection it had some faults so I did not bid on it. I see some people annoyed that they buy something and its not working but if you just check it out before hand you don`t have that problem. All in all the staff were great, I got two excavators that were in excellent condition and collection and payment were so easy. I couldn`t recommend more tbh.
Avoid any interactions with this company. Take the descriptions with a pinch of salt. Communication non existant,once again avoid
