I am satisfied with my Iris Scan Pro 5 and the Read Iris Corporate 17 program that I bought together; they do what Iris promises without problems. The installation on my MacBook Air was simple and the product immediately started working without problems. The delivery times were fast and the packaging was robust. Overall, a great purchase

First time scanned pdf document became readable and editable in excel format. Conversion process was quick and easy.

I don't know how to use it properly or yo its full potential. The software is not very easy to navigate.

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfait. J'ai payé cher cet appareil et je n'ai jamais pu utiliser. J'ai contacté le service client et personne m'a répondu.

All is perfect

I use IRIScan Desk 5 Pro to scan loose and bound documents, using the OCR function. It's great.
However, after installing the Readiris PDF 2025 Elite software, the processing of scanned documents is better, faster, and the OCR is brilliant. I recently marked 24 PDF documents (scanned documents) and converted them to WORD by simply clicking on each document in this application.

I wanted a mobile scanner and this Iris definitely does the job. It scanned a bunch of tax receipts very well. You must use their app to do so, which is fine, but it's tough to do a lot of scanning via an Android cell phone. I tried to download the app to my Android tablet and it said the app won't work on tablets. I really believe you should add that improvement to have the app work on tablets not just cell phones, because some people may be needing to do a lot of scanning at an event or meeting with a customer. Being able to use a tablet for that would be much more convenient. Thanks.

I have had a poor support experience with Canon products in the past. I was aware that this was a Canon product and chose not to purchase it. After receiving the scanner, I realized that additional software was required. In addition, the connection port is poorly positioned, and the connection type is outdated.

I mainly use the scanner to copy sheet music. The result is a bit dark for my taste. What is a white page in the sheet music becomes gray after scanning. But maybe in time I'll learn to scan better. The texts are easy to edit. I also like that the device is small.

In the Azerbaijan language convert word have changed text placed , try edit pdf document text changed font too. Employees use online pdf tools not recommend anyone app. Need improvement

After a while it worked well but it took time and trial and error to sort it all out.

I'm very satisfied with the Iriscan pro 6. I scaned a book with more than 1000 pages in an hour. At the end I could also change the language and that it could be readable.
It would be a nice option if I could scan a text and it would translate the whole text where it is in a book, leaving the images at the same place.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. Too bad it doesn't scan text in columns that way to create text. The reflection is also a problem.
