False advertising! Product advertised was a 14" 100% human hair wig. What I received was a mangled mess that, in some places was over 24" long and is NOT human hair! The back of the wig is so thin that, no matter how I tried, the wefts showed through the thin wisps of hair. This business needs to be shut down!

Purchased 16 inch extensions in Icey blonde . Everything went perfect although I did notice the seal was broken on the full extension side but everything looked intact.. Color matched so I decided to invest 658.00 in 20 inch Icey blonde tape Ins. First all the silver seals looked tampered with like they had been opened and stuck back down. Second, they were NOT ICEY BLONDE THEY ARE WAY YELLOW and look more like platinum or ash blonde which has more yellow. I was told I would be given a return label but have not. So I decided after talking to customer service to purchasee same day clip in 20 inch extensions extra thickness and they are now lost mail system. IM told me to contact carrier, why am I hunting down my package??? I did contact DHL and they stated they handed it off to USPS and I contacted USPS and they stated they don’t have them. I was charged 39 for membership fee same week .Irresistable me tells me to wait it out while they investigate… so now for days they are totally ignoring my emails. As the phone number they provide is a Google voice number .i was told they emailed me a 20 gc but I don’t have what I purchased. I purchased 20 in tape ins to tune of 658. Then purchased 278. Extensions that are lost in mail. Then charged 39.00 more dollars so almost a 1,000 and I have no wearable extensions. I will also state that I purchased 200. extensions the 16inch because they matched and this is why I went ahead and made the investment to spend the 658. On same color just in tape ins. Which are not Icey blonde. I was told oh it could be lighting or color do differ from tape ins to clip in? Ok then state that on your site I replied. This company is so Unbelievably unprofessional. Please check out All reviews on BBB , trust pilot, Google reviews and many more . The complaints are the same…. So now they are completely ignoring as it seems to be a pattern they do to other customers and now I’m left to file chargeback.

I ordered hair extensions following a colour match service, but while they were in transit I realised they weren’t going to blend well with my hair. I contacted customer service in advance, as I was being charged £65 in customs fees, to ask if I could refuse delivery. I was told I would still need to pay the fee and then return the parcel.

When the extensions arrived today, I opened the package purely to find the return instructions, only to discover that the security seal which must remain intact for a return had already been broken.

This now means I can’t return them at all. The colour doesn’t match, I’ve paid £65 in customs charges, and I’m left with a product I can’t use.

The fact that the seal was already broken, effectively preventing any return, is extremely concerning. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I love how it has a sample of the product first. Literally the quality of it is so good and it’s so easy to clip on and style the hair.

I requested to cancel a subscription and not only did they cancel it, they reimbursed the last payment. Also immediately and no questions asked.

When I ordered these extensions I didn’t know what to expect since there’s so many out there but I can say that they are by far very high quality! They are so soft and look so good! Shipping was also fast which was a plus! Highly recommend if you’re in search for some great hair extensions!

The shipping was fast. The hair was very soft. It was easy to apply. Didn’t tangle when I was combing it. Came package really well. Felt I was able to make a good look with the amount of hair provided.

I was looking for a great vegan fiber wig for the warmer months and, having had a really good previous experience with Irresistible Me, I purchased their 16” layered brown melt wig. I wasn’t disappointed.

It arrived quickly and is exactly what I was looking for in an everyday wig -lightweight, comfortable, and not bulky or “wiggy.” It’s very easy to wear right out of the box, and my head and scalp can actually breathe, which is important to me. The bangs required very little adjustment (which is rare), and the overall shape feels natural and flattering.

Through my cancer journey I’ve tried many different wigs, and while I’m not an expert, I know what works for me. Comfort, ease of use, and a reasonable price point matter most - and this checks all the boxes. Another great experience with Irresistible Me and their vegan fiber wigs.

Irresistible Me hair extensions are very soft with no frizz, and good quality. I got the 14 inch dark brown and it blended perfectly and added a lot of volume! It was very to easy to clip on. They can be curled or straightened. I definitely recommend!
