I have received excellent service so far regarding the insurance contract. All my questions have been answered quickly, and whenever I needed explanations or assistance, I received great support. Now I just have to wait and see in practice, when I actually need to use the insurance, whether it will truly be as good.

I would like to sincerely thank her for her support in helping me extend my insurance coverage for an additional six months. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and guided me step by step. I had also forgotten my login credentials, and she patiently assisted me in regaining access to my account. I truly appreciate her prompt support and professionalism.

Got denied for a claim due to "pre-existing conditions" which I was never diagnosed nor did I know I had one but they still claimed I had one so I basically got diagnosed for a condition by the insurance company. They wouldn't tell me how they came to the conclusion and the operator hanged up on me over the phone.
