Ayant renvoyé à mes frais une des deux paires de sandales, aprÚs un mois d'attente sans remboursement, j'ai appelé 3 fois italian boutique. J'ai eu 4 interlocutrices différentes au téléphone, à chaque fois on m'a promis de rechercher et de me rappeler ou d'envoyer un mail, ce qui n'arrive jamais. La derniÚre, une responsable semble-t-il, m'a demandé les preuves de mon renvoi postal, je lui ai proposé qu'elle m'envoie un mail pour lui transmettre directement les suivis de colissimo prouvant qu'ils avaient bien réceptionné le paquet. J'attends toujours. Nul besoin d'être juriste pour qualifier ce comportement manifestement habituel de cette officine.

Excellent shoes, Excellent service, and excellent quality. I got the shoes in few days. I couldn't believe it! Love my shoes. So comfortable and pretty!

Excellent Beautiful COMFORTABLE shoes! good quality, and good service. The size is perfect. I will order again from this company /Boutique. My shoes came quick from Italy. I was worried about the size but it fits very well, like my regular size. I am between 8.30 and 9, I chose 9 as the shoes has a pointy style and it worked perfectly. Love it!! I am extremely picky with shoes so I am really happy that it met my expectations!

I loved your products

I loved your products , i have ordered two pairs of sheos which i love but unfortunately the second one is too small and there was no available size to exchange so i had to ask for a refund and they are so professional and so fast in answering .
