Cheap insurance but thats it
Cheap insurance but thats it. I have had 3 attempts indemnify my employer on my policy and no success. I cant call. The girls on Chat dont seem to understand the query. Its very frustrating
Ridiculous copy and paste response that didnt even answer my complaint. Also tried to charge a 40 euro "intermediary fee" to change my employment status. 9 years with you and moving now, price is not everything

My wife was with them for 2 years until we replaced our car,they didn't even have the model on the website, from there it got worse as they gave a alternative model for the cover and then returned saying that we were not covered,when we tried to rectify this they got the details wrong and charged us twice for changing them.might seem cheap but there is a reason why it is,there is a lot to be said for dealing with a person on the phone instead of there online approach, very irritating
