Dont use this taxicompany they charge you 60 euro for 2 p instead op the agreed price of 20 euro and the police supports them in this. This was in sicilie italy

The way we were handled feels like a complete scam. Our taxi driver airport-hotel (shared taxi 20€) told us to book a taxi back to the airport through the app, would be same service & same price. So we did. There’s no option on the app to choose between private or shared, so we figured it would be shared either way. The driver came to pick us up, so far no payment information. We figured there were no other clients or we still needed to pick them up. Arriving at the airport the price suddenly was 60€. We would have never taken a private taxi, that was not our intention. It feels like taking advantage of tourists and thus, a total scam.

It was very easy and straight forward to book a taxi. Final confirmation just come some minutes before departure when a taxi excepts your offer. Taxi driver was even some minutes early. Fixed fare to airport was applied - Perfect!

Io mi sono trovato molto bene. Tramite applicazione ho prenotato a Roma un taxi per la stazione Termini per la mattina successiva: mi è arrivato un SMS di presa in carico circa 15 minuti prima, il taxi si è presentato in perfetto orario, servizio cortese ed efficiente, pagato con carta di credito senza problemi. App facile e intuitiva.

Il tassista ha fatto giro di Roma per arrivare quasi a destinazione. Gliel'ho fatto notare e avevo chiesto di pagare chiedendo lo scontrino. Lui a quel punto ha annullato la corsa impedendomi di scrivere la recensione negativa e di bloccarlo per le corse future.

Prenotato una settimana prima una corsa a Bologna per l aeroporto e chiesto conferma oggi della presentazione, mi viene confermata, stasera all' ora prenotata non si presenta nessuno e addirittura la prenotazione viene cancellata senza preavviso, servizio pessimo nessuna tutela per il cliente che necessita di trasporto

Prenoto un taxi con partenza dall'indirizzo della mia azienda (azienda privata).
Mi chiamano dicendo che non accettano prenotazioni per indirizzi che non siano appartamenti, hotel o b&b!

Completamente inutili. Prendono soldi e ti fanno aspettare anche mezz’ora per poi rimanere a piedi. Dovete fallire

it's not even worth a star. I was stranded at 4am on a Monday morning despite booking a taxi from Rome near Termini to Ciampino airport 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. On the day I needed the taxi, at 3.30am I reach out to their call center just to double check my booking was still valid and they were mocking me saying:"You shouldn't be calling us if you have a taxi already booked, just wait!" and after half an hour, when I needed the taxi, my ride was simply cancelled. Needless to say the amount of calls I made to them afterwards were I was put on hold or the call was dropped etc. Luckily I found a taxi at 5am that morning with another company and I was able to take the plane. Unbelievable amount of stress. Also keep in mind the app is very deceitful because it shows you "taxi available in 5 minutes", then you click the button and, most of the times, it starts looking for drivers in an endless loop. Last but not least, it was 4am of a Monday morning on November 10th....it wasn't peak time, summer, etc... Rome was just a DESERT and still no taxi from Ittaxi. Simply awful and shameful, worst taxi experience of my life.

Ho prenotato un taxi tramite chiamata, la donna che mi ha risposto del centralino era straniera (nulla contro), le ho dato il mio indirizzo preciso e mi sono presentata fuori addirittura 5 minuti prima, ho aspettato oltre 10 minuti e il taxi non arrivava; così sempre con ittaxi ho prenotato una corsa tramite app e infatti è arrivata. Appena salgo sul taxi che IO ho richiesto con l’app, il tassista mi passa al telefono il centralino dicendo “vogliono parlare con te”. Rispondo con educazione e la donna di prima mi inveisce contro dandomi della maleducata e con un tono di voce alto perché a detta sua “ho richiesto due corse e ostacolato il lavoro dei tassisti” (come se volessi fare un dispetto😂), inoltre non mi dava modo di risponderle. Dovendo andare in stazione, avevo un’urgenza, e vedendo che il primo taxi non arrivava (dal messaggio che mi hanno inviato sarebbe dovuto arrivare molto prima), ne ho prenotato un altro giustamente. Spero che prendiate provvedimenti, perché oltre che una gran maleducata e incivile, a quando pare non capisce le informazioni che le vengono date e non mi sembra normale per una persona che lavora in centralino (non parla bene italiano e manco lo capisce). Detto ciò, io sono una cliente e il modo e il tono con cui si è rivolta a me, è inaccettabile. Questo da Bologna

Metodo di prenotazione insulso e inaccettabile, tassisti maleducati e poco intelligenti, call center che sembra uscito dagl'anni 80, una vera vergogna.

used from train station took 2 taxi. we were charged 50 euro. our friends 15. the guy took our money so fast and said go. conned first minutes in rome from train station

doesnt deserve one star. horrible company along with radio taxis. tried to call a taxi in lake como and was stranded all alone all night as couldnt get a taxi. i rang radio taxis a couple of times and they hung up on me and my battery died, as a single female alone i was terrified my hotel was a 2 hour walk up in the mountains which i wouldnt have been able to navigate, please be aware there are no taxis in lake como after 10pm it seems!! ittaxis please do better!!

Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately, there’s no Uber or Bolt in Italy, otherwise we would have never used this company. The driver took three unnecessary detours just to charge us more. We were traveling with a small child, but the driver had no scruples. We didn’t feel safe at all, and when we asked him to stop because the detour was unreasonable, he insulted us. Absolutely to be avoided.
