It’s so funny that everytime someone leaves a negative review, they magically cannot find their order 🤣. This just went from pathetic to hilarious 🤣

My son sent me the link to order a vintage jacket that he was wanting for Christmas. I ordered it in December and it didn't make it time for Christmas. I received the jacket on January 10th. Which was definitely too late to give to my son. So I held on to it to give it to him for his birthday which was March 7th. I ordered him his normal size which is a medium. He was thrilled with the purchase but it was a bit snug. So I contacted the company to exchange the jacket for a larger size. After multiple attempts I received a message back stating that the return window had closed. As a consumer I totally understand the return window if I actually wanted to return the jacket. I am needing an exchange which is against their company policy. To be exact I was told I could PURCHASE a new jacket if I wanted a different size. In my specific situation I felt since the item that I ordered arrived over 4 weeks late in which it completely missed the holiday that they should show some sort of actual customer service and allow the exchange which I am willing to pay for shipping as well as the restocking fee indicated on their website. I am not sure if it is "actual" people working customer service or if it is AI that doesn't understand how to provide customer service. When ordering make sure you do not have to do a return.

Do not order anything from this joke of a company. These people barely respond, unless you write a negative review. I do appreciate that they tried to make things right by expediting my order, but when I received the order, it was sub-par at best. The material is cheaper than cheap. Everything was screen printed and it was a bootleg item from another company. Which I will notify this company of them using their images and likeness to create subpar work. I reached out to them again, and of course, no response. Do not waste your money on them at all. They have a Texas address listed to make you think you are ordering locally when truly the items are coming from overseas. Complete scam, even though they try to say otherwise.

My sweatshirt is supposed to be 3X, it's lucky to be a XL. Sent a lot emails and messages for weeks and no response. Phone number is always busy. Avoid this place at all costs!

They want me to reply to them. How in hell I'm supposed to with no options to after seeing their message?
