Jacket doesn’t look great. Also ordered under free shipping but got billed by fedex a month later.

They’re selling knockoff starter jackets. Show the starter tag in the pictures of the items and then they show up with a bad starter embroider job on a badly embroidered jacket. Don’t buy from these guys! Charging authentic prices for knockoff goods.

This company sucks. I bought a jacket from them and it did not fit as advertised. I went to try and return and gave me that restocking fee B.S. Never again and do not buy their stuff.

Jacket was perfect I had a issue with the size and the fixed the problem with no issues

The coat I received was advertised as 100% wool. The garment delivered appears to be a wool-blend with synthetic content, evidenced by a polyester-like sheen and texture inconsistent with pure wool. Despite multiple days of airing out, the coat retained a strong chemical odor.

More concerning, the garment arrived without required fiber content labeling, country of origin disclosure, or care instructions. These are not optional details — they are federally mandated under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423). Their absence raises legitimate compliance concerns.

Additionally, the buttons on the received item did not match the product images shown online as well as additional stylistic inconsistencies.

When I requested a return based on these discrepancies, the company did not substantively address the labeling or material concerns. Instead, I was told to “have an expert check it” and was offered a partial refund to keep the item. This is inconsistent with a transparent return process, particularly given their published policy stating it favors the buyer.

I ultimately paid for return shipping myself and had to follow up multiple times before acknowledgment of receipt and initiation of a refund.

The issue here is not preference — it is material misrepresentation, missing regulatory labeling, and a return process that required unnecessary persistence.

Proceed with caution.

The coat was not an exact replica of the 10th Doctor's coat, but it was close. The material is like a thick wool blend blanket and appears to be well-sewn. I requested a shorter sleeve length than what was standard for 3XL and it came just as requested. The buttons seemed to be a slight bit off from where they should be, but it's livable. The button flap that tucks under could have been wider. Delivery time was reasonable.

Frankly, the jacket is terrible. While I guess it resembles the jacket marginally, the leather is poor, it has no pockets, and it is uncomfortable. It is more of something you might wear with a Halloween costume as opposed to a coat you can actually wear in a normal setting. This was a massive disappointment, particularly based on the price. I had been looking for this jacket for quite some time and thought I had finally found it. I will not purchase from your site again.

Still have not received the jacket I ordered on 6th December 2025 as a Christmas gift for my son. I had received an email saying if I ordered that day it would be in time for Christmas delivery. I emailed customer services and they said they were busy processing Christmas orders and it would be delivered on 3rd January. It did not arrive. After another email to customer services I was told it would be delivered today. I don’t hold out much hope. Very, very disappointed and wouldn’t use them again. Unfortunately, my son would still like his Christmas main present so am hoping it does arrive. If it was for myself I would have requested a refund.

The jacket I ordered is perfect. Exactly as advertised. I get so many compliments. It took awhile for it to arrive but well worth the wait.

I had ordered the jacket that Bard wears in The Hobbit. Without any notice or communication of any kind, my ordered was cancelled. I only knew of this because I checked my bank activity and saw a pending refund. Thanks for not telling me anything

This is a fraud website. They took my money and never sent me my product. They kept telling me it was in the quality control stage and then told me the item was out of stock and said it would take two weeks to get me a refund. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Awful company and awful people doing awful things.

I ordered a vintage San Diego Chargers Starter jacket. I would say it’s an accurate representation of the original at first glance but the jacket is noticeably thinner and though there is a Starter logo embroidered on the sleeve on the wrist, there’s a Jacket Creater label on the inside of the jacket instead of a Starter label. I would have gave a higher rating if it had a Starter label. Overall, if the Starter label doesn’t bother you then this would be a good buy. The quality is there but just thinner.
