Jamendo still is an wonderful experience in support and publishing sound on the internet. Got a very fast and professional help with my login-data and now my account is up-to-date within a few hours.

I've been working with the company since 2015. Everything used to be fine, I even wrote a good review of it a few years ago, but starting this spring Jamendo started to cheat with payments. They are evasive and don't give full answers through the support. I have been waiting for a response to one of my requests for 3 months now. Every time they ask you to wait a little longer and it drags on forever.

They are so kind even a music rejection doesn't makes you care about it. They are quick and fast answering any doubt, they are educated, website works perfectly, user experience is magnificent. Highly recommended.

Great experience

Très déçus! Je suis l'artiste Timesequencers, J'ai téléverser en 2007 sur le site Jamendo 6 albums de 13 musiques chaque albums. Se sont mes compositions. Il y a eu 36 000 téléchargement de mes musiques. 2 commentaires seulement, J'ai récupérer 0$. Perte de travail énorme. J'ai perdu accès a mon compte d'artiste. Je leur est écris plusieurs fois dans leurs drôle de boite de courriel sur plusieurs année a ce sujet sans aucun retour. Comment leurs faire confiance? En plus selon les avis je ne suis pas le seule a faire des plainte de ce genre. Il ne réponde qu'au avis positive, les avis négative sont omis de leur commentaire. Je compte sérieusement les emmener en justice. Vont t'il me répondre et m'aider un jour?

Pretty great selection of music and a very fast support team in case of any issues (which were largely due to very rare UI errors).

Doing well, but take a time to be solved

For the service:
Great music and numerous playlists. We have been using it for several years with only a few bugs in the web radio playlists. There are plenty of playlists suitable for everyone.

After market research I decided for Jamendo's products. Due to the bug I unfortunatelly wasn't able to log in the account to use their product and that got me decited to ask for a refund.

Even though Jamendo doesn't offer refunds the team, after some discussion, decided to make an exception.
