It was meant to take a week yet its been a month updates from you? The only way i found that you guys respond is if someone writes an angry review which is just horrible customer service some of the worst ive seen in my life

I like the look of the chain I ordered…
I like the look of the chain I ordered however I cannot track it with standard shipping and looking at reviews I hope it is here soon the order number is 15393 I ordered for my boyfriend’s birthday I’m on the third day but I’m hoping it comes in the next two will keep updated on shipping

I was buying a chain for my boyfriends…
I was buying a chain for my boyfriends 18th birthday. The quality looked really good. However due to it coming from UK and going to Ireland there were custom charges. I could not afford those custom charged so I sadly had to decline and the package was sent back to the company. I emailed them as I was stressed and they handled the situation very well and gave me a full refund for the product. I am very happy they were very helpful. I am very disappointed I did not get the product but maybe in the future I'll buy one x

Just fantastic
Never brought from this company before, found from a google search. Speedy delivery, lovely jewellery and when I had an issue it was resolved in seconds. Absolutely fabulous company, the best customer service I think I have ever had, 100% recommend.
