Engineer was very pleasant and carried out his task politely, speedily and efficiently.
The first rate experience I have always enjoyed in my dealings with this business.

After 11 weeks installing 4 radiators I am still waiting for 1 to be fixed it has been a nightmare the tin lid was on Thursday when a workman arrived as 1 radiator was leaking and removed the radiator and did not cap the fitting and left saying that he would not refit it as he would have to get a joiner to put a piece of wood behind where the radiator was to be installed as he did not cap the radiator there was water everywhere and I phoned but was cut off as it was after 5 pm so I had a go on the website to report the problem which gave me the same phone number that cuts you off I then when back on the website again and demanded that someone come out right away as my porch was flooded I received a phone call this time to say that a engineer would be with me shortly which he was and he capped the radiator but after he left there was still water coming from the radiator so I had to stay up all night to keep emptying the container when I phoned and spoke to the manager he assured me that Martin the engineer would be there to fix the problem which he did after the other 3 could not so I would certainly not recommend this Company for installing radiators

Technicians were punctual, polite, diligent and helpful. The problem with the boiler was explained simply as well as the proposed remedial work.

Boiler Service. Engineer arrived on time. Updates and reminders re date and time which is good. Information given without being biased re boiler age and possible future problems. As always polite efficient engineers.

Honestly an absolute joke of company, they renovated most of South Ayrshire,, we complained to housing and frew,, the state they left our house in after 2.5 years we still finding the damage they have left and costing us absolutely a fortune to fix everything and redecorate,, no one has came to look at our complaints or fix the disgraceful mess they left our home in and from talking to many many others there home is the same,, absolute joke and useless incapable workers,, so angryyyy!!!!!!! , (you had numerous chances) , (we already tried!)
