Amazing experience well informed through TikTok app, wigs are good synthetic hair your paying for what you get remember that, I’ve had 4 wigs there lovely Carolyn is my favourite by far,

I ordered 2 budget wigs from jb extensions (both under £50).
Really happy with with the colour and quality. They are actually better quality than the £400+ snowflake lace wigs I've brought from UK shops. Shipping was as expected, they arrived within 2 weeks.

Not only was the wig awful, I requested a refund and they tried to bribe me into removing the review in order to refund my money. I have reported them to my bank and the BBC, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Waited a good few weeks for it to arrive and realised instantly it was not suitable for me. I emailed within the hour to request a return/refund. After spending £6 postage to return it to their base in Coventry, I discovered that they deducted $24 dollars from my refund as a “re-stocking fee” There are plenty influencers out there singing the praises of JB extensions they don’t tell you about their customer service. I will deal with a company in future who values my business and treats as a valued customer.

I bought a wig that was advertised on TikTok and looked very realistic in the videos. However, when I received it, it was very poofy and itchy, even when I wore a wig cap. It didn’t look natural at all. I spent a lot of time trying to thin it out to make it look more realistic, but even after that, the top still clearly looked like a wig.

The colour was supposed to be dark brown, but in reality it was more of a rusty brown, which was disappointing. For the price I paid, I could have bought four similar wigs from Amazon that look no different.

The only positive thing I can say is that the quality of the wig itself was decent.

At first when I ordered from their tik tok shop, it was no problem, and returns were easy, and I did have to return a couple that were nothing like the photos. But then they cancelled two orders, saying they don't post to my area, which is a lie, as I have ordered from them previously. When I complained, I was told, nothing they could do, and try the official site.
So I decided to try and order from their official website, which is quite bit dearer than their tik tok shop, and my orders were accepted, that was alright until I needed to return a wig, as the colour was nothing like the photos, they told me i would be charged between 10-25% of the cost of the item, and would have to pay for the returns as well. Saying that, I have found their wigs to be of good quality, but their returns process is rubbish!

Wig was completely the wrong colour, poor customer service would not give me a full refund as they said it isn't their policy. Even though we are covered by European Law, if I had known this was a Chinese-based company I would have never purchased through them.... never again.. Very poor customer service with constant late replies or none at all... evasive answers

I ordered 2 wigs and both didn't fit in size so I asked to return them. I followed every step such as providing pictures, explaining my reasons, being on time with the return. The only thing I couldn't provide was a tracking number as I had lost the receipt.

I sent them a mail with every detail about when and where I returned it and even attached the transfer confirmation as I had paid for the shipping costs by card.
I also asked them to just check the unique item number of the wigs that they sent me and see if that has already been processed in return and put back into stock.

There were lots of contradictions in their replys and at the end of the day the only outcome I got told over and over again is that they can't give me a refund unless a "tracking number" is given.

I have spent hundreds on JB wigs as I do like them, and I have purchased absolutely loads in this passed year since I've been wearing wigs full time. However, I have also returned about a dozen in that time as it took me awhile to know what I preferred as not all wigs match the picture or description. I have discovered JB don't like returns and if you buy from their main website they make returns very difficult if they accept them at all (TikTok is easier to return) because I have made some returns they now won't accept any orders I make and instantly cancel my order stating they don't ship to my address anymore, I know this is lies as they ship to my neighbours often. Just thought I'd share my experience with this seller as I think they've been very unfair to do this. Most of the wigs are lovely but be warned they don't tolerate returns well if you have returned 12 (out of 80 that I have kept) Good luck x

Die Perrücken von JB Extensions sind sehr gut und wenn mal etwas nicht passte oder ich fragen hatte, war der customer service immer sofort da, per e-mail und mir wurde umgegend geholfen. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Firmen sind die Wigs von JB Extensions nicht überteuert und sehen dennoch blendend aus und bieten hochwertige Elemente und Tragekomfort. Ich bin und bleibe begeisterte Kundin von JB Extension!

The wig colour and hair is fine for a cheap wig. Sadly the fringe is completely off. It is cut so short it sits half way up my forehead and is very, very sparse too. If you pull it down the crown does not then sit in the right place. The size is fine but the fringe cut has sadly rendered this to the bin. Very glad I did not spend a lot of money and for the price it is not worth the stress of a return. You get what you pay for I guess or maybe I was just unlucky.

The wig was poor, it didn't fit correctly. I sent it back but lost my tracking info. They have refused to refund so it cost me £30 for the wig and just under £5 to send it back.

I placed a second order after a positive first time test purchase. That is where things spiralled! I emailed regarding a wig that was the wrong size, colour and very poor quality.

I had an email telling me to watch a video about viciously brushing it (which would has caused more damage and would have been a way of not refunding) and claimed that it was the right colour, it definitely was not but ignored the size image)

Eventually after my reply, I had a copy and pasted underlined email with instructions on taking pictures and that there was a restocking fee.

I am in the UK and we had regulations in place to protect buyers when an item does not match a purchased product. This was also my argument of a restocking fee as it is illegal to charge. Their ‘return policy’ would apply for a restocking fee if I had just decided to return because I didn’t like it. In this instance, it was due to it not match the product and poor condition. I provided images to prove this.

The returns address is a UK private home,not registered on companies house. The email address to send tracking to, is a personal email address. I then noticed several reviews stating after a return, they did not receive a refund and was ignored.

I am not going through a charge back with my bank. I have provided the email thread, images and explained the reviews.

You will also find very unprofessional emails where they call you sweetie, you will be emailed by various names such as Silvi, Jonny… so on and so forth.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Didn't realise till after I'd opened it that you cannot return wig after you've taken out sealed pack! How are you supposed to know if it fits properly or if you suit it without trying it on? As it was, wig didnt fit, looked awful, far to much hair at front. Even had my hairdresser trim and thin it and still looks bad. Would never buy from this company again.

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced

I placed two orders.

My first order (Order #7254) was NOT a pre-order.
The tracking number associated with it is: UK710254865YP.

Yanwen returned the parcel, and the tracking clearly states:
“Parcel delivery failed [Wrong Address]. Parcel will be returned to the warehouse.”

I contacted customer service multiple times, and every single time it was the same problem: no one understands which order I’m talking about or what is actually going on.

They kept telling me “everything is fine” while the tracking clearly shows the package was returned.

Any competent human willing to actually check the tracking could have solved this in 2 minutes, but instead I only got generic bot replies that were completely useless.

To make things worse, when I provided my ZIP code, they told me it “does not exist” — which is ridiculous. My address is valid and receives deliveries all the time.

If you want to do business in the USA, you need to do much better than using cheap Temu-level shipping services. Customers are willing to pay for proper shipping and reliable delivery, not this nightmare.

You keep doing TikTok live sales, but once you take people’s money, your customer support is basically non-existent.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible experience with customer support.
1. The order was apparently delivered front of the porch (email confirmation by Yodel)
2. Contacted multiple times JB on all socials because I have ring camera, No one was front of my door to deliver the package
3. Finally got a hold of CS, they contacted Yodel and they sent POD picture my package being inside somewhere on the table - probably the delivery office.

So you explain me, how do I get email the package is delivered but proof of delivery is inside a place I’m not aware of? And if they would claim they delivered it, why would I let a stranger to get inside my house and take a picture?!

Since I made this concern back in emails to JB, I got no response whatsoever, and still requested refund and since then absolutely nothing!

Waste of company

As many others customer service fir refunds are shocking. They ask for a tracking number to be sent to a Chinese email address Quiycia01 then don't respond.
But then ask for reviews.
The manique stand broke immediately and the colour of the wig is certainly not what was onnthr pictures. I sent the wig back on the 18th Nov with an email of the tracking. Now the 10th Dec .....

Awful company, very rude, rhe customer service is the worst I have experienced. Delivery is LONG, and if you ask a question you get a one word reply. Steering clear!!
