Fast delivery and great service! Ordered Friday morning and it arrived Monday afternoon. I had an email confirmation for my order but wasn’t given any other updates which did make me panic slightly that it wouldn’t arrive before Easter but the speedy delivery, especially with it being 2nd class and just before Easter, pushed me to give a 5 star rating! The egg is perfect and matches the one I had previously for my daughter as this was purchased for my sons first Easter so Easter is now going to be perfect!

Thought of buying really giant plastic eggs to hide toys in for my families easter hunt this year, we've lost some really cherished ones this year and wanted to pull all the kids together for some love. Chose a local company over China and just hit snag after snag with really poor customer service. I ordered the giant egg which said free delivery only to receive an email days later asking for almost 5 quid in delivery or cancel my order. This pushed the price out of my range but I'd already told my kids so I offered to get a couple smaller ones to increase the order and pay that delivery. Waited ages with no tracking or anything for it to arrive with parts missing! What a flop. Can't even tell if I will get it by easter now. Response from staff is very off putting as if I have put them out by placing an order. Good grief, Avoid! Avoid!Avoid!
