worked with JetFinder on a complex and critical charter to Cyprus under real time pressure, they handled it professionally to the end. The flight was delivered as promised, every commitment was honored in full. Reliable and straightforward exactly when it mattered most — I'd gladly work with them again
Last month we negotiated with JetFinder to book a private jet. We made full prepayment for a particular jet, but there were some difficulties with the air operator; they did not confirm the flight. We requested a refund from JetFinder. JetFinder confirmed.
JetFinder informed us that they would issue a refund shortly within a week. We reminded them a few times, they apologized for the delay. Now they are not replying us, ignoring us and they still haven't made the refund.
Please, be aware.

The client had supplied suspicious documents, most likely forged, then cancelled the flight. As per signed agreement we have every right to inform authorities if suspicious documents are detected - in this case we will inform the authorities of the UAE and Russian Federation.
Was communicated extremely rudely, told "bye" midway through an enquiry and blocked.
Never been spoken to like that in my entire life. Still in shock.

You are not our client and never been. Your question was clearly answered as flight "not available". Please expect a lawsuit soon.
