We used Jetpets to transport our lovely dog from Melbourne quarantine to Sydney. Jordi and the team were super helpful and kept us informed with lovely reports and photos which was incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Erin Whitford and the Jetpets team. We recently flew our cat Hazel and from start to finish the experience was absolutely seamless.

Hazel is like my daughter, so naturally I was incredibly anxious about her first flight. Erin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and there were truly no such thing as “silly questions”, every concern I had was met with patience, professionalism and genuine care.

The updates and communication throughout the process were exceptional and knowing Hazel was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind. When she arrived safe and sound, I honestly couldn’t have been happier.

If you love your pets and need to fly them, I would highly recommend Jetpets – and Erin Whitford in particular. The level of service, compassion and attention to detail is second to none.

Jetpets were amazing in helping me to bring my 3 year old Ragdoll Baby to Malaysia from Australia in March 2026. Can't thank the guys enough. They were so dedicated and professional and Baby was looked after at all stages of the transfer. Would highly recommend them to others who need to relocate a pet.

Really great communication throughout with Jetpets. They arranged my pets transport from quarantine in Melbourne to Sydney, and they really helped take away any stress or concern I had about the last leg of my dogs journey. It was also so lovely to receive pictures and a little report card after having to go the length of quarantine with no updates.

Transporting pets? Look no further. We had the beautiful god-cat Ra flown from Melbourne to Perth y’day, couldn’t have asked for better service. Erin, who dealt with all my queries was excellent, organised the trip very well. They care about the welfare of all the animals & keep you informed of your pets progress.
Pick up in Perth was wonderful, Ra was in air conditioned comfort with 2 great staff members to look after him. Jetpets will always be my first choice, thanks, Rose.

Jetpets handled my two cats long trip from perth to Dubai, and i cannot thank them enough for such a professional smooth handling of all aspects of their trip. Both my cats are healthy and happy.

Having you and Jetpets assist us is the best decision we've made for our move. The amount of worry that was taken off our hands was immense. You guys were always so keen to help and assist with any query, and communication was prompt and easy. We also greatly appreciated how you guys were ontop of everything (from her safety, food requirements, providing updates and caring for her) when Pusheen was delayed due to the weather and unforeseeable events.

Choosing Jetpets gave us security that everything was OK and under control. And now our baby is here, and she seems happy and already asking for play and pets!

We relocated from Sydney to London in December, 2025. I was incredibly anxious for weeks about the trip for our 15-year-old cat, Pippa, but Nicole and Kaye calmly and patiently reassured me with each email and phone communication. We really appreciated the email and text updates once Pippa was picked up from our home. It was a long trip for us all, but we were happily reunited at Gatwick with Pippa, who was in good health. She settled really quickly into our Airbnb. I'd definitely use Jetpets again.

We can’t recommend Jetpets more highly, the service we received for our dog Lily was amazing. Jetpets collected Lily from quarantine in Melbourne and flew her up to us in Sydney, delivering her straight to our door. We received regular updates along the way and a photo at point of collection.
Lily arrived in excellent health, happy and excited to see us. We could tell she had been well cared for every step of the way.

This review is long overdue — sorry JetPets! But I truly can’t recommend this company enough. If I ever had to move a pet again, JetPets would absolutely be my first choice. Katie and Gillian were absolutely the best!!

From start to finish, they were there for both my cat Teela and me every step of the way. They handled everything so professionally and with such care, which made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. They kept in constant contact, updating me and letting me know how Teela was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind.

We moved Teela from Adelaide, Australia to Seattle in 2024, and the entire process was handled perfectly. Teela was clearly well cared for, and thanks to JetPets, she adjusted to her new life in the USA so well — you’d never know she went through such a big journey.

I know this review is late (life got busy with the big move!), but I never forgot how wonderful this experience was. Thank you, JetPets, for taking such amazing care of my girl and making such a huge transition so much easier for us both. Highly, highly recommend!

I could not rate JetPets more highly. They looked after everything involved in exporting our 8 year old dog Chester from Sydney to London earlier this week.

The process was made very easy and we were well informed at every step.

After careful consideration we chose JetPets because they are a family business and highly rated by their peers. We also liked that he had a stop over in Doha and a chance to leave the crate for 24 hours.
Chester’s flight arrived around 2pm on Wednesday and he was collected at 6pm from Heathrow Animal Reception Centre and is now embracing his new London life.

I would definitely recommend Jetpets for anyone wanting to fly their cats. I have 2 nervous travellers who were picked up in the Northern Rivers of NSW to fly to Melbourne and from first corresponding with Erin who always replied promptly and professionally to Sharne picking them up right on time who was so calm and kind (especially when I became sad) to Louise in Brisbane sending me pet reports and photos to Amy in Melbourne letting me know they were both ok and doing well. It was such a relief to know that they were handled with care and consideration. Highly recommend.

Jetpets together with their associates Airpets in UK looked after my 5yo Labrador Daisy from Sydney to London and back again 7 months later. I was kept informed at all times about her progress on her journey out and back. They looked after the mountains of paperwork necessary and made sure I knew what I had to do on my part to get her home and satisfy both the UK and Australian regulations. I can really recommend them as being caring and efficient.

I wanted to relocate my 16yr old bealge mix. Jetpets assigns an agent to help with the travel and all the booking details. When Charlie was in transit I was getting photos and emails on his care and pre flight walk. This helped to alleviate some of my fears.

Jetpets has done a fantastic job in transporting our pet overseas. SPECIAL thanks to MEL (Melanie) who went way above and beyond to coordinate everything within a short period and during the Christmas and New Year break. Moving pet is no easy task with so many things to coordinate- vaccinations, blood tests, vet reports and more. Mel team guides us every step of the way and made it as easy as possible for us and coordinated so well.
Transporting a pet is also expensive but considering the effort and process required I now realise why it’s expensive. All their partners are excellent too like boarders, vets, partners at destination etc. Sandy Paws/ Joel spent almost 10 hours in completing the import process to door delivery. Well done guys.

From the moment we made the booking right the way through to picking up our dog Storm at London Heathrow Jetpets have been amazing! Our dog Storm arrived safe and sound after the long journey from Sydney to London and I can’t recommend Jetpets enough.

I can't give Jetpets enough stars. Fantastic service from them and Iris at a stressful time. Jetpets ensured a smooth transition for my dog and cat and were on top of everything, including boarding. Amazing communication by email and phone. I felt it was a very personal service. The website is also very informative.

Our experience with Jetpets was was first class - From the initial enquiry to the day our pup landed, everything was exceptional from the Jetpets team and global affiliates - Especially Rachael our Jetpets Consultant.

We were moving back to the UK from Australia and wanted our 4.5 year old pup to join us - We were extremely anxious doing this and didn't know where to start - Rachael was assigned as our dedicated consultant and was a pleasure to deal with - She was incredible patience with my calls, questions and emails - Always responding quickly and putting our minds at rest on the process, paperwork and keeping us calm.

Buddy had to go into boarding for 3 days prior to his flight to have all this paperwork and health checks completed - He stayed at the Brisbane Pet motel who were amazing, and again took my calls and gave me updates.

You get regular updates and emails from Jetpets with key milestones as to where you pet is and the next step. Buddy was picked up for boarding on Friday the 28th of November and his first flight was on Monday the 1st of December to Doha. Once in Doha he had an overnight stay at the state-of-the-art Live Animal Centre to stretch his legs, relieve himself and have some well needed food and water - While we were there we got an email post card from them with a picture of Buddy saying he was well and could not wait to see us. After his stay he flew to London Heathrow on the 3rd of December landing the same day.

When he arrived at London Heathrow, you immediately get updates for the Airpets team including a picture of him out of his crate in a nice comfy boarding pen. Then they keep you informed of the clearance process that can take 4-6 hours - once cleared and all government docs complete my husband was able to pick him up without quarantine.

Buddy flew well, we did a lot of training prior for him to get used to the crate which is so important. When he arrived in London he was well, healthy, tired and a bit grumpy but then so are most humans on a long haul flight! ha ha

I cannot thank Jetpets, Brisbane Pet Motel, Qatar Airlines, and Airpets enough for the care you gave our little boy - to see him reunited with is daddy over facetime was amazing and I can't wait to be reunited with them soon.

Rachael, words cannot express my thanks and appreciation to you - I felt like you became a close friend during this process! Your knowledge, care and attention to detail is outstanding - Thank you so much for guiding us through the fog of paperwork and preparation for Buddy - He is one happy little boy with his daddy now and I cannot wait to be with them too.
