I ordered a 200 dollar charm and recieved nothing and unable to contact them and i placed a formal complaint with the bbb.

My friend and I placed an order with this company over a month ago. We have each tried to contact this company numerous times, but we both have been ignored. They were so quick to take out our payment from our pay pal account but will not send our order or contact us. I cannot believe this is happening. They do not have a number you can call, that should have been a red flag!!!!!!!!!!

I was happy with my order. It was a small purchase as it was the first time I ever ordered from this company. I will buy again.

Please beware before ordering. I have ordered from jewelryby net before and was pleased with my purchase. This time I ordered 2 Rihanna key necklaces and they looked as if they had come out of a gumball machine..so I return them. BEWARE of the60 day money back guarantee. What they do not tell you is ...you will only get UP TO 70% OF YOUR MONEY BACK. I PAID OVER $80..MY REFUND WAS $43 DOLLARS. SO BEWARE. It is hard to see the quality, so you just order, but it was a costly mistake. I will never order from them again!
