couldn't be more happy to finally get into our dream home thanks to Karen Wright she's an absolute star! Thank you 😊

Had some repairs booked in January they could only do half of the job and I was told someone would be out to finish the rest . Over a month later after hearing nothing I decided to chase it up, to be told that the repair had been signed off as completed 15 minutes after they left when it had not , I had several different people call me to apologise and and give me different excuses and someone was sent to finally complete the repair , only they didn’t complete it properly and it still looks a mess .

Karen Wright of Jigsaw homes was amazing from start to finish, i was downsizing from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom house and hadn’t moved for 25 years so was out of touch of the process, Karen kept me fully informed with the process and was available anytime i had any questions or worries by phone or Email. Thank you for making my experience less stressful.

Karen was lovely and really comforted me in my darkest moment and eased us into the house with constant support. Thank you

Good service

Bought a new build as shared ownership and had nothing but trouble. From no drainage in the garden, missing concrete around windows, loose fittings everywhere, the area left in tatters for over 2 nearly 3 years now. They are very quick to dismiss repairs as after 12 months even structure work to the building they won't touch.
Lodged complaint after complaint and it takes an extended amount of time to even hear back..
I honestly regret buying my first home with them. Take my advice, look elsewhere.

Fast and quite

I would like to thank Jigsaw Homes and especially Lauren from the Chorley team for helping my parents in the recent move to their new home. My parents are in poor health and have mobility issues and as their accomodation was no longer suitable, I had serious concerns about their welfare. We were lucky enough to secure a 'sheltered' property very close to me meaning that I can give them the care that they need. Lauren was completely understanding and sympathetic towards their needs and made things very easy for us all. She is professional and efficient and I can't thank her enough for giving my parents a safe and happy home for the rest of their days. We are eternally grateful x

My experience with Jigsaw was exceptional right from the start until the end of my tenancy. Declan has supported me throughout the whole housing journey and I will forever be grateful, he has great customer service skills and makes you feel at ease. Right from the start I was supported by jigsaw in several ways, including financial support, which was so helpful for someone moving in alone. The whole process of moving in and out was super smooth and I have already recommended Jigsaw to several family members and friends, and I will continue to do so! Thank you jigsaw for everything. From the movement I was told I have a new home to now and still going on has been so good... everyone has been so helpful and understanding... thank you

I purchased a shared ownership property over 3 years ago. I reported issues with the property within a month of moving in and still waiting for the repairs to be completed. The repairs manager Nicola doesn’t return calls and hides behind emails even though I requested a call back. Absolutely disgusting service and no customer service whatsoever.
Be careful to the evidence they supply when dealing with your complaint as it isn’t 100% genuine and they are just trying to riddle out of their mistakes. My advice is to seek legal advice and also speak with your local mp. Don’t let them get away with it take your complaint higher and keep fighting.

I viewed a house and on the very same day I had the keys. Everything was done over the phone. Allison Declan and Clare were all absolutely lovely and made it less stressful for me and my partner.

IT WAS AN AMAZING SERVICE I RECICIVED FROM HELEN ,SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME SHOWED ME AROUND THE FLAT EXPLAINED THE PAPERWORK IN DETAIL AND AT THE END OF THE TIME GAVE ME THE KEYS AND SAID WHEN I COULD MOVE IN OFFICIALLY, SHE WAS REALLY GOOD AT HER JOB .THANKYOU HELEN,WOULD RECOMMEND JIGSAW HOMES TO ANYONE

Lazy, unreliable and untrustworthy company.
Have made promises for the last 3 years to tidy the path on Witham Street, that they are responsible for but still it’s left to us to tidy.
Frequent Health & Safety issues eg broken glass, faeces etc which despite a high number of children in the area, it remains unresolved.
Management need to take accountability for once and organise a regular weekly clean on this path to ensure there are no more incidents, which may result in legal action.
