This agency employs men who behave in a sexist and unprofessional manner. In 2025, there’s no excuse for a workplace culture that tolerates that. Buyers and sellers deserve to deal with agents who treat all clients with respect. I would not recommend this business.
Be confident that everything will be settled with JLL
I am a customer of JLL which is the agent of the purchase and rent. During the tenancy , I met a lot troubles with the current tenant ,for example about the early termination of the tenancy and the special way of rent payment. Only with the professional and patient assistance of the agent Yezi LI , I have been able to go through smoothly . Do you know who Chen, Zoe is? She is an employee at JLL. She has a pair of eyes, a mouth, and a head, and she can perform actions like any normal person. However, please note that her eyes will never read the emails you send, her mouth will only say, "Even if you report this to JLL, it won't affect me at all," and her brain is solely focused on finding ways to make you pay for charges that are not your responsibility, telling you that it’s just a small amount.
Do you know what JLL is? JLL is a agent when you encounter issues, you won’t be able to reach them, and they won’t resolve any problems for you. Instead, they will let Chen, Zoe torment you relentlessly.
If you choose JLL and happen to deal with Chen, Zoe, congratulations—you’ll gain a new skill:Smoking. I never used to smoke, but the disastrous service JLL provided forced me to start smoking just to cope with the frustration.
Charged over £100 to return a treadmill…
Charged over £100 to return a treadmill that was substandard. On collection only one delivery person who complained that it was not strapped to a palette which he then did himself ( reported he had picked up a number of these treadmills). Company had asked for item to be fully assembed to return which is unusual. Flippant responses to complaint. Unable to confirm how much return would cost until item received. Poor quality and poor customer service. Avoid, very costly return policy.
Good overall with some drawbacks
A good overall bike - stable and easy to use. We had a broken part which was quickly replaced - use the website contact form as we had no reply to the email. Broken parts does seem to be a theme from the reviews. Putting it together was challenging as some parts require a lot of force while others (the monitor) is incredibly fiddly. Not recommended if you’re under 5 foot 5. I’m 5.4 and have to stretch to reach everything.

Megan was very proactive, helpful and responsive. She initially reached out to me when one of the flats I had an eye on had a tenant fall through. Since that moment everything was very straightforward with Megan been in touch through every step of the process and helped to ensure everything went smoothly in a short period of time.

I have such a bad experience with the incompetent agents from this company from the very first start! From day one they asked me for documents, which they could easily check on gov.uk, are not required such as physical check of my passport, although I provided them Right-to-rent share code, then all of a sudden when I wanted to end my tenancy agreement, they decided that my rent was supposed to go up and I did not pay the right amount for the last two month, but how on Earth I was supposed to know what is my rent if they never communicated with me, and to release my deposit the want proof I have paid my utility bills and closed the accounts.
Why do I have to that? When I questioned it the answer was that this is the JLL policy!

Useless as a managing agent. Avoid and save yourself the trouble of becoming liable to Health & Safety fines as a result of their incompetence and missed certificates.

messy accounting
I am holding a property in London from oversea. I appointed JLL to manage the property including seeking tenant and mange invoice for years.
JLL is doing good overall which correspond to their service charge.
However, their account is lack responsibility on invoice confirmation. They double paid some invoices, mistook a refund notice as invoice.
It cause me a lot of lost. No matter how many times I ask JLL for correction, there is no proper response. It seems JLL is very confident on their account without looking the record. JLL keeps saying the record is correct but never provide evidence.
