Don't even know where to start. Called multiple times on the static of my order and got know where. Ask for a copy of my bill to be sent never got it. Asked when and where my order was got no answer other than they were on back order and could be the middle of June before there completed. Was special instruction to know when the delivery would be there because of the fork lift. My customer had to barrow a fork lift for the delivery and needed a heads up on the delivery to get the fork truck. Than at 5:30 in the evening the lifts just show up at my customers Service shop. No warning and at the end of the day. I just received the emails on the tracking of it the other day after it was delivered. So not impressed at all made us look bad with my customer and everything he said he really wanted to refuse them but respected our relationship. Already wrote a bad review and got no feed back or response either.

Mark Berrio with JMC was very helpful during the process of purchasing my two post lift. He answered all of my questions and tried to get me the best price possible. He made the sale easy and I will definitely purchase through JMC again in the future.
