I had a VERY bad experience with the company. I rented a van and made the mistake of putting petrol in it instead of Diesel (I'm not a van driver so I had no way of knowing).

As soon as I realised I stopped driving and phoned them. They said no problem they would sort it out. They later told me it was easy enough to remove the fuel and no damage had been done but I was charged nearly FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS!! just for removing the Petrol! Then they took the money from my debit card without telling me.

So please be careful when you fill up the tank - it could be very expensive
