Cara was absolutely fabulous at sorting what was a rather stressful experience in retrieving Letters of administration for my Late father’s estate. Very disappointing firm and as a client it’s very difficult and exhausting working with them. They give you a very hard time and they’re not helpful and supportive at all. JMW makes lots of mistakes that I had to point out especially in paperwork. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism and support. Save your time there are better firms out there. I regret choosing JMW I wish I went to a different firm.

Claire Boardman has gone above and beyond to ensure that I received the compensation that I deserved due to a hip replacement that left me in tremendous pain and leading to a second replacement on the same leg. Claire left no stone unturned, she sent me to a specialised orthopaedic surgeon on Harley street in London for his expert opinion. Mr Charnley, was then appointed as an expert witness after his examination. Claire also instructed Jasmine Chan - Barrister, member of Clinical negligence and surgical injury team.
Claire kept me up to date regularly, as well as within legal guidelines, Claire has a friendly manner, she looks at every angle imaginable to ensure she has the fullest picture. Claire worked tirelessly on my case for 3 years, she handled every step of the case with pure professionalism.
I might add that other solicitors refused to take my case. Claire examined the evidence and agreed to take my case, which was successfully brought to an agreed compensation amount. The compensation initially offered was an insult. Claire again consulted the specialists and they reviewed what would be a fair compensation amount. She cited this evidence to the NHS - they offered another amount, still, Claire pushed for more until an amount could be agreed by myself - They settled the claim. The money does not compensate for the pain I still suffer, although, it makes me feel better that the NHS have settled. This to me feels like the apology I wanted. Thanks to Claire for accepting my case and being thorough and astute
