Jodie is a great teacher. I really enjoyed the class she was very patient and kind. Looking forward to doing another one!

I first fell in love with Jodie Ric Rac patterns. I love the characters, the witty creatures and feisty Flora mouse especially. The patterns are excellent for beginners, and also heaps of fun to make for more experienced crafters. They are very well laid out, and the instructions are clear and concise. They make finishing the projects very achievable.
Then I tried the Jodie in-person class at GJ's, and it is by far the most enjoyable sewing/craft class I have ever attended. I felt so welcomed and did not feel silly asking for help. It was a real joy to spend time with the creative energy, wisdom and humour that Jodie brings. I don't need as much assistance to make the toys anymore, but I still go to the classes for the opportunity to spend time with a friend that I met at my first Ric Rac class and to enjoy the positive vibe in the class.

Great patterns with easy to follow instructions. Joining her classes gives you the ability to get some one on one instruction whilst enjoying the company of like minded people. Jodie is a hoot so you'll want to come back time and again and there is always a new pattern to make.

I simply love Jodie’s patterns. So well written, and if you are even the slightest bit unsure, Jodie is there to help. Excellent customer service.

Jodie is, I would consider, a master crafter. Jodie has years of experience as a maker with dozens of delightful patterns. And her workshops elevates everyone's skill levels. I was more a machine sewist but have done the Ballan classes and discovered the pleasure of hand sewing. And created the Hippo, some Elephants and lately a Lion. So much fun. And the classes are a great social day. Part of my crafting year now!

I attended one of Jodie's classes and made the Tassel and Pom llama. It was a great fun day, with lots of help, information and laughs. I'd love to do another one. The llama has turned out so well, straight forward, good instructions and anyone who has seen it has been very impressed. Thanks Jodie!

Jodie classes are very relaxed and informative i love her humour her patterns and just being apart of the class they are so much fun we sew talk and laugh keep doing what you are doing it is a great enjoyable experience

Jodie made this such of fun day. Frankie is a great pattern with clear instructions. Jodie was very generous with her advice and help, including everyone in the class being made fell welcome and valued. It was a great venue.

Great class today!! Patterns are easy to read and the help provided during a class really provides the opportunity to finish an item to a high standard.

Gorgeous designs and some of the clearest sewing patterns I have used. Excellent customer service and an all-round great experience.
