I booked my vehicle for an 8:00am âsit and waitâ appointment, with the online system indicating it would be completed between 8:00am and 1:00pm. However, I didnât leave until around 4:15â4:30pm, meaning I was waiting for approximately 8œ hours.
Communication throughout the day was extremely poor. Very few updates were provided and when I asked for information, staff could not give a clear indication of when my vehicle would be ready. At no point was I given a realistic timeframe, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
I also discovered that my iPhone charging cable had been removed from my vehicle. I raised this immediately with Alexandra at the front desk, who confirmed she had seen it in the car earlier. After checking with the valet team, no one admitted taking it and the cable remains missing.
I emailed the complaints address and followed up on 11/03/2026, but have received no response and the cable has not been returned as promised.
