Terrible service completely unreliable. Placed an order for Valentine’s Day on the 6th of February. No response to WhatsApp and no delivery made on Valentine’s Day. recieved a call saying order will be delayed but until midnight no delivery was made. Worst part is the order was already paid for.

Terrible service. Delivery for a special occasion was done at end of the end post multiple follow ups. This is the second time the delivery is delayed beyond the 3 hour window. It's highly embarrassing for both the sender and receiver to be receiving the gift so late. Possibly joi should stop advertising delivery slots as service levels don't measure to their commitment

Ordered a balloon. It didn’t arrive. I had to contact the company to be told it was delayed beyond a 5 hour time slot! No other explanation given. Too late to order from elsewhere. My first and last experience with this company.

Terrible experience: I made an order few days earlier to crucial occasion with clear instruction on delivery timing and asked them to call if there’s any issue. Midnight before the delivery date, I received a call about extra charges. I paid, but still they wouldn’t deliver at preferred time. I changed my order with available item to still get it on time, but they didn’t come. Extremely disappointed with Joi

I wish i read the reviews before I placed my order. Very unprofessional and very very bad service!!! I ordered a bouquet that was looking big and with more roses in the original picture (picture 1) It was delivered in a bad condition, flowers were not fresh and less roses (picture 2). I raised a complaint and they replaced it with the same one but with one extra flower in the middle ( picture 3). Whoever was in the Whatsapp chat was trying to convince me that it was the same as the picture. And to add on they asked my friend to return the old bouquet which this guy in the chat denied and said that he didn’t ask her!!! ( picture 4). I called to speak to a manager or to someone who can really help and educate this unprofessional guy behind the chat , another guy or maybe same one asked me to tell him my complaint so he can transfer me to the right person again very unprofessionally and with an attitude he said of course they took the old bouquet since they replaced it and he cant transfer me cz they dont have this option!! Such a liar and a bad company that doesn’t do trainings for its uneducated employees!!! Don’t let them rob you!! There are plenty of good gift places out there!!

Excellent service and quality of products also when a delivery was incorrect they sorted it ASAP free of charge

my friend moved to dubai from the UK and i wanted to send him a present for his birthday (i'm based in london). This website was PERFECT, it was easy to order, pick a slot, wasn't too expensive, huge range of options an all easy to figure out. I sent him a little hamper and after confirming the order had to last minute change the delivery slot- the customer service were unbelievably responsive and sorted everything out within a few minutes (never experienced that sort of service in the UK lol). My friend sent me pictures when it arrived in dubai and it surpassed expectations- really luxurious thoughtful finishes, very happy with it and my friend in dubai was elated <3 thank you
