This program has been a lifesaver! I am a year into the program and have lost 27% of my body weight! Not only that amazing weight loss progress, BUT the help I received along the way from my coach, Britany, was unbelievable! I am so thankful for this program! The way it is all laid out and the way it helps you re-learn how to look at your lifestyle is amazing! I will be forever thankful for this program!

It is a different kind of program. I am not on a Glp1 that is offerd but still use the program. It has helped me lose about 10lbs in the past few months because it uses a form of psychology. By that I mean they don't look at it as a diet, they look at it as a way of reshaping your mind on how you relate to food, nutrition, and exercise. Would recommend.

I love the unlimited amount of tools at my fingertips rather it’s recommended meal options, work out routines, coach, or groups. Great useful tips and recommendations on the next phase. Great program.

I cannot say enough positive things about this program! Yes, for many of us, the goal is to get those GLP-1s, and although those are miracles in themselves, this program is the secret sauce in getting to a comprehensive and sustainable healthy life. The coaches are positive and encouraging - zero judgement zone with sustainable realistic goals every two weeks. My coach has taken the time to understand me, where I have been, and where I want to be, in a way that reinforces the investment Calibrate has in its clients. The curriculum, coaching, accountability, and so much more is like nothing I’ve ever seen in a health-focused company before. Do yourself a favor and commit to this and see the positive changes open your world up. If I can do this, anyone can, and everyone deserves the opportunity to feel better and get control of their health!

First of all I got the awesome kit with scale to weigh my self everyday it also gives me other information on the scale Second I got a tape measure to measure my waist third a great little book that tells me what I should eat and not to eat I can either listen to it or read it, my coach is very informative on everything, she's always on time for my zoom meeting and answers any questions I may have also I had a zoom meeting with a doctor who was very helpful, I never thought I could lose as much weight as I did but here I am down 15 pounds and very pleased with calibrate and my zepound I will continue my meetings to keep going and improve my health

I find my coach Teri very helpful. I love the app. I am enjoying finding ways to cook and meal prep. I like making and hitting my goals.

Calibrate has been an outstanding program, and has positively changed my life in ways that I didn't really think was possible. Everyone I've dealt with has been great, and my specific coach, Anastasia, was supportive and helpful throughout the entire progress. She provided feedback and ideas, and helped me work through some of the issues I had improving my health and lifestyle that I just couldn't figure out on my own. I have more energy, feel better, fit in my clothes better, and am far, far happier!

I love the step by step structure of attacking various challenges separately and one at a time.
Love the scheduled coaching sessions to not only review successes and challenges during the previous two weeks but also to help set up success with goals for the future two weeks.

Helped me to make goals and achieve them. I think the program material goes a little faster than you can actually achieve the associated goals but the coaches help you figure out what is doable.

My time spent with Calibrate has been nothing short of amazing! The lifestyle changes have been easy to navigate and maintain due to the constant support and encouragement from my Coach Becka. She’s so supportive and encouraging and always reminds me to give myself grace and not to sweat the small stuff. Even when I’m not as pleased with my progress she quickly reminds me to remember where I was and how far I’ve come and to celebrate my success. She has truly made the program feel like a partnership where ultimately I’m the winner. I don’t know that I would have been as successful on this journey without her being a constant source of motivation. I look forward to to our visits because I know I’ll leave with some little gem to help me on this journey. I’m truly grateful for what the coaching provides. My name is Gene G. I absolutely have loved calibrate. From all the classes, to my amazing coach Britany G. To the lesson on the food it had been a great experience. I have learned so much through this program that you don’t get with the other weight loss apps.

Calibrate has really helped me change the way I look and think about food. The program works if you follow it and I like that having a coach and bibweejky meetings really helps keep you in track to meet your goals. The accountability is there and if you have a slip up the coach never makes you feel horrible they help you to get back on track
