Smooth Process, Amazing Support!
I'm having such a great experience with Delilah! The onboarding process was super easy. I just signed up on their site, answered some questions about my weight and medical history, and a licensed doctor reviewed everything before I was cleared to get my GLP-1 medication. I did have to verify my identity with my ID card, but it was quick and painless.
Once I was approved, my medication arrived really fast via FedEx. It came in a sealed, refrigerated package with everything I needed: the vial of medicine, alcohol swabs, needles (plus extras, which was nice!), and clear directions. The team has been super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything stress-free.
As someone with PCOS, this has been a game-changer for me. I’m already down 11 pounds in just a month! Highly recommend Delilah if you’re looking for a smooth and supportive experience.

Sign up was easy
Sign up was easy. It took awhile to receive the medication. I never received a one on one interview to discuss how to administer the shot. No instructions with kit received today. I guess I will watch YouTube video?

You could improve your on boarding processes
I was initially very excited to find Delilah and then I signed up and was obviously charged immediately. I saw the debit on my account. I received an email receipt, but that was it. I didn’t receive any sort of welcome email or next steps email, etc. Five days went by and I decided to use the “contact us” chat bot to find out where I was in the process. I used it twice before getting a reply… which I did get a very nice response explaining where I was in the process. And then maybe a day or two after that I got an email saying Delilah was behind due to a bump activity. Overall, I think the on boarding process needs some work, especially when you’re debiting large amounts of money immediately. I was beginning to fear I had been scammed due to the lack of communication right out of the gate.

I haven’t started yet; will be starting next week. I have had lots of questions and every time I’ve reached out to customer support for answers, they have responded quickly and with kindness. My phone consultation was quick and I was given great information on administering my injections. I was informed of possible side effects and things I can do to reduce and/or eliminate said side effects.
