Hi Shalloma — I’m really sorry to hear about this experience. You’re absolutely right to feel disappointed, and I understand how frustrating it is to be left without answers, especially when your health is involved.

We do ship all medication in temperature-controlled packaging that can typically maintain proper conditions for up to 48–72 hours, but I absolutely understand your concerns, especially since it’s been in transit longer than expected.

One of our associates will reach out to you ASAP to personally look into your shipment and discuss your next steps. If the medication is no longer safe to use, we will make it right alongside everything else that needs to be addressed.
