There's no way these positive reviews are legit. I never signed up for this service but was charged every month for 9 months before I cancelled. I was only refunded for 4 of the 9 months after speaking to 2 live chat agents and waiting for a supervisor override.

I never knew about this company but it has charged £18.52 for heaven knows what. I never heard of this company before it charged for nothing.
Please return the money. I don't have a lot of money so I need it back asap

This is a scam company that isnt upfront about what they are providing and what will happen as far as charges. They are making their money off of the few first charges that go through before someone realizes that they are being charged for something they weren't properly informed of. You think you are subscribing for a discount and signing up for something benign and are several months in before you notice. Such low life business tactics.

I did not authorize this company to take any money out of my account and yet the first time my bank rejected it the second time they were able to get money out of my account illegally. They were not authorized to take anything from my account All I did was order food then I canceled the order and they still took money out of my account this company is a rip off

I have been ripped off £19.25 twice by freedelivery.com. My bank blocked the account once, but they still charged it 6 days later.

Despite the negative reviews, I have used this for the last few months and have been happy with it. I get back a lot and it is worth the $25.

I genuinely would give 0 stars if I could. If you sign up for a “free trial” expect to be charged the full amount and even if you cancel way before the trial period is over they will NOT refund you your money. Also they have horrible customer support that won’t actually help you and instead either lie to you or “escalate your case”which is just bullshit by the way in an attempt to get you off the phone.

I signed up for a "free subscription" without knowing what i was consenting to, they then charged my card $25. 90% of the reviews on this are also fake as they are for products this server does not sell.

Application form came up following Concert Ticket Booking confirmation (appeared part of the Ticket website) and no mention of a monthly fee during the claim for a small refund.
FreeDelivery appeared in my payments pending of my bank account in less than 5 minutes of setting this up. Cancelled my account with FreeDelivery immediately and then contacted the police who advised my next steps.
Request made for a refund but time will tell.
Again, do NOT sign up for this.

They must have bought this 5-star company to pose as well-reviewed and legitimate. This should be a crime, honestly.

This is a predatory company. They offer deals for you to try out the site for 5 days free and then immediately charge your card a one year membership fee.

This is a legitimate crime and is outlined directly in there sign up paperwork, my card was not to be charged till feb 23rd and then was charged immediately.

I think this company might be a scam. I cancelled a free trial after about 10 minutes because they claimed I could get £15 cash back then said it would take 6-8 weeks to reach my account. Obviously I’m not paying 2 months subscription in order to get this money so I cancelled the free trail after about ten minutes. A couple of days later I was alerted to a payment being taken from my account by this website. When I checked the website had taken a subscription free, despite cancelling the FREE trail well before any payment should have been taken. I contacted customer services who said the money is with my bank and will be released in3-5 days. Contacted the bank who said it was nothing to do with them. Waited 5 days and the money wasn’t returned. Sent an email to customer services who said it would take 7 days for my money to be returned. Pretty sure I’m never seeing that money again. Do not sign up for the trail unless you want to continue with the membership because they will take your money and not refund it!

What a CROOKED scam joinfree delivery is! I never even heard of it and I get a text from my bank warning me of suspicious activity on my debit card. Turns out it was these criminals trying to JACK me for $25. I never joined joinfree delivery, had no idea whatsoever I was being charged. Luckily I caught them in the attempted theft and blocked it so nice try you CROOKS but you didn't get me! Watch out ya'll these people are crooks.

Have no idea how I was signed up it just started seeing charges on my checking account doesnt sound to me like something someone would do knowingly,if thats how you get customers by adding on to other purchases you wont be in buissness very long

I ordered Pizza Hut got thing to join this if receive 20$ bad on my order or something I did no where did it say they’d be taking 19us so Canadian worked out little over 23$ I message they cancelled my account they cancelled the subscription then now saying they can’t return my money seem all little fishy the joke set up so be careful when joining this site anyone

They really deserve no stars. I discovered this company had been charging me $25 for the last six months. I never signed up for this service and when I contacted them, I told them I never signed up for this or authorized them to charge my credit card every month. They cancelled my subscription and refunded me the latest fee and then said they would refund me the last 3 months but could not do anything past 90 days. I have yet to receive any of the last 5 months. I do not know how they acquired my credit card, but my bank said they probably used a third party site that was connected to some site I went to. Beware and be sure to check your bank statements every month. I check my statements but completely missed this one!
I have continued to try and contact them
to get my money refunded, but all I get all texts that say to wait 3-5 business days, and if I call I get the same representative who tells me I need to contact the guy in the escalation department who contacted me. To make a long story short, I am getting the run around, and they do not want to give me a refund or explain to me how they got my credit card in the first place. This is a company that found a way to get my credit card info and then charge me a monthly fee, big scam!!! Beware!!!
I received a full refund for all of the months I was charged. This took a few phone calls and texts to the company. I am glad they refunded my money. I am still wondering how they got my credit card info in the first place.

I was awarded $15 in rebate and I had to sign up for this. It was Black Friday time and I was not reading my emails. Turns out it’s a classic subscription scam and the only $15 I was supposed to receive were worthless since it was sent the day they took the first subscription of $19. It is a classic scam. If you’re reading the review, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM.

I have been looking for this product for a while now.

Have had a difficult time signing in on my old account, a friend told me to try Amazon APP. this was extremely easy. I have not tried using it yet. I would have preferred to use my Discover card but will try to use this until I can activate my other account with Amazon.
