Pricey. Doesn’t taste nice.

Prices are overpriced, the chicken is so small for £2.99 a piece?

Don’t trust them with their take aways. they will not give the exact pieces of chicken that you order, worst was you also ordered burgers, 3 of them only to find out there was nothing in the bag when you get home

Perfectly crispy and seasoned. Overall, it's a satisfying and enjoyable fast-food experience.

On a recent visit to Jollibee in London Leicester Square (28th Dec) I believe I have had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. The food took over 1 hour 30 minutes (not joking) to appear after we paid. The staff were in complete disarray. No leadership, staff shouting insults at each other.
Order taker was so utterly brain dead I think he was using 100% of his brain power to tap the orders in on the system.
Orders not done in any sort of order and felt like they were doing things depending on what they felt like doing. The orders were so slow the numbering system was going in reverse. They were going backward so much I began to think that my order would be delivered shortly after the birth of Jesus.

A staff member in particular (Arthur) I would like to single out as just utterly incompetent. He shouted over the tannoy that someone was having a heart attack...(god knows what that was all about) in between shouting random order numbers.
The toilets were a biohazard, "wet" toilet paper on the floors (sticky), pigs live in better conditions. I have been to Jollibee in the Philippines and that was pretty good. There are plenty of other fast food offerings in the area (Leicester Square) and unless you want an utterly miserable fast food experience, avoid!! I refuse to visit any of their restaurants in the UK ever again. Joyless bee is the only way I can describe it.

Having enjoyed Jollibee in Canada with its generous portions, I traveled from Paris to London to experience their offerings. Unfortunately, I was let down by the smaller size, inadequate portions, and terrible taste. The chicken lacked the expected crispy juiciness, being excessively dry. The spaghetti had too little sauce, and the Jolly Hotdog fell short, I’d rather have Costco’s hotdog! In summary, Jollibee in London proved to be a costly disappointment, offering an experience that was not worth the expense.

Total waste of money, overpriced. Cold fries, unrecognisable pieces of chicken. Watered down drinks. If you are looking for pasta take away, expensive for what you receive, but it ticks the box.

Terrible! Waited 25 minutes and my order still wasn’t being prepared, other orders sitting there for ages before number being called!
Asked for a refund after the second time of being told they were making in when clearly they weren’t! 3 days on and still waiting for my refund! Don’t waste your time or money and save the back ache of waiting!

Best fried chicken I’ve had anywhere in the world. I’m not sure about all the reviews below, but I had a delightful time in the Earl’s Court branch. 10/10 for food and staff.

ordered to takeaway at 338 pm, waited over 45 minutes before mine and my partners food arrived, the food was alright but nothing amazing the experience we had didn’t feel worth, the process to get the food it was infuriating. i understand most places prioritise takeaway or online orders but our number 608 was skipped over and numbers to have in in the 600 and 60s we’re receiving orders before us we had ordered 3 burgers and one piece of chicken so this felt unnecessary as many of the other orders that were given that were after the 608 number were actually bigger. I even asked a staff member and it didn’t seem like they cared how long we waited. extremely unhappy won’t be coming again

Very disappointed with Jollibee Newcastle. This is a famous Filipino chain of fast food restaurant in Philippines, known for its delicious,crispy chicken with sumptuous gravy and sticky rice, but we were shocked when we opened the wrapped rice to find a Basmati rice?!!!!, and WATERY bland gravy, OMG, this is not Jollibee!!! This ruins the reputation of Jollibee in Philippines. I’ve been to Jollibee in London, Leeds, Leister, and in Milan, yet they still serve the true Jollibee. What is wrong with the Newcastle UK franchise?

They took the last of my money from my account, and didn't deliver my food. Meaning I couldn't order from anywhere else. When I complained to them, they apologised, but did nothing about it. They ignored subsequent emails. Clearly a company that pretends to be helpful, but then just dismisses the problem.

Update: I've chased this matter up with the company, a number of times. Every time I do so, they assure me that they're looking into it, they apologise for the delay and they promise me I'll get a reply, soon - and then I never hear from them again. The last time this happened was a month ago.

I cannot have faith in your company anymore. It gets its eggs from diseased hens.

Stop using chickens that are caged. It’s cruel and unnecessary.

You would get better reviews if you used free range chicken. Really, how do you expect customers like me to be satisfied knowing you used caged (cruelty on a plate) chicken in your meals!

Stop using eggs from caged hens! I planned to visit with friends whilst in London recently but we changed our minds when we discovered that Jollibee apparently support the use of permanently caged hens in order to obtain eggs. We will not give our custom to a company that supports such horrific cruelty.

So many companies around the world are eradicating cages. Why won't Jollibee do its part and stop lagging behind many of your competitors when it comes to the treatment of animals?
