I never received the shoes and had to chase up for a refund. No response from emails to Jones helpdesk. Eventually got a response from Pavers - and then it takes up to 11 days to get a refund. Apparently lost in transit to the collection point. Not even offered a voucher off next purchase in compensation. Not impressed at all…..
