Lucy was brilliant and efficient
Lucy was brilliant and efficient. She got all the information she needed quickly and easily and then presented the options back to us really clearly. We had a plan in place and then she noticed something had changed and despite the fact it meant more work for her, she started again to get us a better deal.

I had a fantastic experience with Liberty as my mortgage broker. She explained everything clearly, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and easy to understand. She was incredibly responsive, and and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she went the extra mile to make the experience a positive one.
