I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had with no knowledge of what flooring I wanted or how to work out measurements your staff were amazing
John talked me through all the different floor types underlay and arranged delivery and fitters he was so knowledgeable and friendly making a daunting task seem easy I can’t thank you enough
The delivery man Lee was very helpful and cheerful
And the fitters were outstanding a very clean and professional job

Service, Service, Service. Many clients are asked by their carpenter to procure all the materials. Walking into Jordans was a joy. Having trawled the Internet for products, I was relieved to talk to someone who expertly enabled me to select suitable products in the correct quantities. I had a fantastic experience with Jordans Wood Flooring from start to finish.

Wayne was amazing to help choosing between engineered wood and laminate. Based on my previous poor experience with engineered wood from another supplier, and upon encouragement from Wayne, I decided for a beautiful oak laminate floor. The price was very competitive, the product beautiful (you cannot distinguish it from wood).

I also booked the fitting with Jordans Wood Flooring as they were significantly more competitive than any other quote. The fitter teams was extremely nice, and went out of their way to make everything look beautiful.

Edit: look at the reply from the company, that tells you a thing or two about them. They wanted to remove this review but Trust pilot ruled this as legitimate, which it is. You need to pray you won't get into issue with them otherwise they will just keep denying as shown here. Good luck!

Overpriced products. The staff are rude especially the driver. He just blocked my drive while I am leaving for the school run. I asked if he can let me out first he shrugged his shoulder and said "not my problem do you want the flooring or not?" Not going to use them again.

John in the Wimbledon branch was so professional and helpful. He took us around the shop and shared information about the different colours, prices and waiting time for flooring. Such a lovely experience.
John was knowledgeable and answered all are questions.
Definitely recommend. Always good to experience great customer service and support.

Nice products , nice layout and choices, nice people behind the desk. Fair prices for the quality.

I went to the Croydon branch. They took payments without survey of your flat. While the work is going on and it's too late for you to change your mind, they throw you all the surprises of the extra parts not included in the initial quote!

I paid for the floor panels & the installation thinking it'll cover the whole project. They did not mention a survey of my flat to actually understand the situation.

The work started and the nasty surprises began:
Surprise 1
Wooden floor under the carpet, extra £260 to remove them. Also extra 1 day of delay!

Surprise 2
Oh you need angle bars & end bars. £174 (When you produced the quote, didnt you know I'll need these for the wardrobes? Is this your first day in this business?!)

Surprise 3
Oh you need to cut your door. £200!

They took my payment without caring about understanding the situation of my flat for a correct quote so I can manage my finances.

The installation is at most average. On the stairs the newly installed floor was already damaged where they put in the nails. They left rubbish like empty glue bottles in the flat.

If you are cash skint like me after buying a flat, find another floor company who bothers with a proper survey and give you a quote with no nasty surprises!

We went to the Wimbledon branch and were dealt with by John. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable after we told him what we wanted.
His customer service was one of the best was one of the best we’ve experienced.
Placed an order over the phone with no hassle and delivered within a week. Definitely would recommend without a doubt.

I placed an order over the phone and spoke to a member of staff whose name is John Marshall. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, which made everything so much easier. It was nice to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone and also someone who was willing to see the process through to the end without passing me off on to someone else. Great customer service, thank you.

We were recommended Jordan’s by a friend after after we were messed around for over 4 months by carpetright for flooring we had ordered which when it did turn up was poor quality and not what we ordered, I spoke to Wayne on the Thursday and explained our problem, my husband went over to see him the same day, so helpful and kind we had our Oak flooring delivered on the Tuesday, nothing was too much trouble even when we had to get another box it was ready to collect next day, we would highly recommend this company for professionalism and good quality, big thank you
