Ich war mit meinem roten Jorvik total glücklich - bis ich auf dem Display eine Störungsmeldung hatte und keine Werkstatt fand, die mir helfen konnte. Ich bin 78 Jahre alt und Laie, was Fahrräder betrifft. Nun ist Frühjahr und mein Rad steht nutzlos herum. Ich kann nur davor warnen, sich ein Jorvik zu kaufen, wenn man selber nicht in der Lage ist, das Rad zu warten und zu reparieren.

Excellent advice over the phone from the guy who knows about trikes at Yorvik. He worked out exactly which battery charger I needed and took my payment over the phone and arranged delivery - all very speedily.

Poor after sales service for a problem that should have been quickly solved and under warranty. This was such a pity after excellent initial purchase. Reputations take years to build but can be lost in the blink of an eye.

Delighted. Haven’t got use to riding it yet. Keep bearing to the right.Need moor practice.

The staff in the showroom were as helpful as could be, never rushed me and were completely patient with my teething steering difficulties (I gather I'm not alone). The follow-up service was also helpful and prompt. The tricycle is a beautiful piece of machinery.
My only slight reservation is the quality of the instruction booklet. It's often over-complicated and really not very clear. If I didn't have a neighbour with a Yorvik to help me get started, I'm not sure how I'd have managed. Maybe you could get someone non-technically-minded to look over it. Otherwise I've been very pleased and the staff have been wonderful.

We visited the Southampton branch for a pre-arranged visit this week to have my wife’s trike checked over and to get some advice on riding technique. (My wife hadn’t ridden it since the purchase due to health issues).
Jake was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and was more than willing to give the time and his expertise. My wife left there feeling much more confident and positive in handling the trike.
It was a pleasure to deal with a company and a member of staff who were willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Jake.

Jake at Southampton spent ages helping me understand the range and benefits of each.
There was no rushing, I spent ages testing 3 trikes.
I gave Jake the 3rd degree on some bits and he came back with all the tech info I needed and had previously researched.
The trikes are awesome, I can't wait to get mine, a 13, and start having fun while getting out and about.

Apart from DPD's usual lamentable ability to lose parcels, the experience was excellent. The support from Sam and others was great. Help was prompt, willingly given and accurate.

Sam replied the same or the next day, gave helpful advice and sent off the items I needed promptly.

Went originally for repairs on my older trike.offered coffees from Sam,walked around the indoor track were there was an array of tricycles.decided that (wife) needed a new one ,due to it being too large for her to handle.Sam helped enormously (not pushy attal) guided round the track by him .found my perfect bike!!.found him very explanatory and patient. thankyou Sam.Susie Beswick.

I drove to York to see Jorvik cycles specifically because they had an indoor track where I could try out the different models and because they were a British company and I wanted to support our home grown businesses. I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped in the door I was looked after by the owner James. His patience and knowledge of his products is outstanding. The quality of his tricycles is fantastic, he listened to my needs and let me take the time I needed to choose the right model. There is finance options for purchase and at no time did I feel pressure to buy anything. Since my purchase I have had a couple of questions which have been answered quickly and comprehensively. I highly recommend this company and customer service is the absolute best.

A great find when we wanted a trike for the wife, Jorvik sounded a good outlet & by and by no problems with deciding that this concern ticked all the boxes, no problem was left un resolved the staff were answering all questions. Had faulty inner tube replaced very quickly and efficiently. No quibble on the fault. All fixed now

Sam spent over an hour with me at the York showroom. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, listening to my needs and finding just the right tricycle for me. It was invaluable having the indoor track to cycle round, allowing me to see how stable the trike was and giving me the confidence to feel that I would have the ability to ride into York from the suburbs. Sam was amazing!

James the company owner spent over an hour helping me chose the most suitable trike for me and then teaching me how to ride it. It's a very different experiance from riding a two wheeler which I gave up as I lost my balance due to epilepsy. I feel so good and confident now and I have gained my independance.
With all the fixtures and fittings I feel it's the nearest experience I will ever have to driving for real again which I had to give up a long time ago. I can recomend the experience to everyone.
