Good communications. When I noticed a discrepancy in pricing information on your website, you made it right for me. The mental health people who evaluate clients are pleasant and well-prepared.

I am STILL waiting on my prescription to be filled and not only have I already paid for it, I can't get anyone on the phone to provide any explanation as to why my medication hasn't been sent to me. You have to pay for your visits and medication up front but there's clearly no guarantee that you will ever receive what you pay for. This place feels like a scam and highly advise against using them for KAP therapy.

When I tried to schedule my intake appt, there was no availability for about a month. I was very disappointed because I was ready to get started. I reached out about an earlier appt, and I received communication almost daily that they were trying to find an earlier appt. Fortunately, I got an appt within two weeks.

I saw Dr. Oppong virtually and was very impressed with the thorough, hour-long assessment. He was unbelievably personable and compassionate and came across like both a therapist and a psychiatrist. I look forward to my follow-up meetings with him.

I encountered excellence from my very first steps within JC, starting with the introductory KAP training. I received help from the various programs and weekly meetings with JC too, including webinars on marketing my KAP practice, and the clinical consultation groups. I also had an opportunity to network with JC KAP providers within my state of Florida during the Florida JC Networking event in Tampa.

My consult with Lynn was positive. She gave me all of the information I needed for my treatments. The zoom call was informative and polite. These consults are always nerve wracking…. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She did not rush me and gave me time to ask questions. Thank you!

This experience was amazing ! There were only four of us and each of us was given very personal care and attention as we went through our journey together. The sound bath’s added tremendously to the experience as well !

Great setting up, but decide to go elsewhere, and their "clinicians" drag their feet with discharge paperwork. They will also lie about clinical studies and what other providers do. It's all about money with them. Stay away.

I appreciated the professionalism the team had with me as I took this recommended treatment into consideration for myself this year. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend working with Journey Clinical if you are exploring this type of treatment for your well-being.

I'm still not sure how I can talk to you in person. My consultation was with Amy Della Rocca. I had to get in touch with the pharmacy and see what was going on with my shipment of Ketamine. Somehow there must have been some confusion on the script. According to the pharmacy I should have been finally filled this past Friday. Still haven't heard that it has been shipped and no tracking number.

Working with Journey Clinical was amazing. They supported me from the beginning; helping me to find a very special therapist and connecting me with a great medical clinician. I felt confident with my care for the entire course of my treatment, and the results are well beyond my expectations.

I always get a quick and thorough response whenever I reach out. All the clinicians are so helpful and kind!
