If you want an affordable brand that is safe and simple to use this is the one to go for!
We saw Stacey Solomon was a fan (first time I’ve done that) but decided to give it a go.. & I loved the green colour. It didn’t disappoint. For the money has been perfect!

Be careful; there is no customer service and orders are not being fulfilled. I placed my order 1 month ago for a next day delivery and received nothing. I cannot get hold of anyone.

I have been trying to get a refund of them and they are delaying the process and now ignoring me. The car seat does not feel secure in my car, it feels dangerous as it moves regardless of what I do. I do not want to keep a car seat that wobbles and is unsafe. I have had three separate people try to install in and we have all had the same conclusions. I regret buying this.

We have the Ezra stroller which has been great!
We love our pram but sometimes we need a lightweight alternative, particularly when grandparents are spending time with the baby. The Ezra stroller has been great through the recent hot weather as with its sun safe hood and extendable sun visor! We would purchase from Jovi in the future.

I was on vacation and I bought two of these suitcases for the boys. They were perfect. I took them to the plane in a roll, and I handed the suitcase over on the plane. It was easier with the kids because they just lift it. The kids have fun and you can move around very easily.

I have had a car seat and a travel tray from Jovi now and love both of them. They are both high quality manufacturing and a lovely design. We went for the green as it's such a beautiful colour.

Delivery is fast and on time and packaged well.

My daughter reports being much more comfortable in her seat and cannot escape unlike others.

Customer service is fast and very helpful

Like many others, I wish I had read reviews first. These guys don't actually fulfill orders for "in stock" products or respond to messages. Cowboys

It has been three weeks since my order and despite an email today asking me what I thought of their product, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT NOR HAD A REPLY TO MY EMAIL. Not recommended for customer service

I should have read the review first before purchasing, I haven't received my item yet, it's been three weeks, then today I received an email,saying to make a review of the product that I've purchased., unbelievable!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It says on their website to contact them for return information, I attempted to contact them by e-mail and their website form over 10 times, no response. No phone number unsurprisingly.

Terrible company.

Ordered a seat that showed as in stock, after the delivery due date and item not received I emailed them only to be told that the item was not in stock. I have now requested a refund 3 times with no reply.

One week later the same seat is still showing as in stock.

Will be reporting them for fraud as they have taken money, not supplied item and will not refund me.

I have purchased one of the car seats. Deliver went well but then we want to return it because it wasn’t as we were expecting. I have emailed them to return the car seat but they barely reply. After 1 month the car seat is still in the house and they have not arranged the return or refunded.
I would not recommend it

I purchased the RANGER 40-150cm child car seat from jovikids.com about 1 year ago and I'm really happy with it. The customer service was excellent – friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. The seat itself is high-quality and well-made, and my child finds it super comfortable to sit and lie in. It gives me peace of mind knowing my kid is safe and comfortable. Highly recommend both the product and the service!
