Sadly the quality of the flat pack drawers wasn't great. 2 of them were damaged in part upon delivery and scratched or dented, thankfully I can hide this with the position of the bed and bedside lamp.... ãã£ãšèŠã

Lied about my order being delivered then went into administration!
Placed an order online months ago using a BNPL provider (ZIP... I think) and JTF used hermes as the courier, The hermes app stated that my parcel was with driver on the day it was supposed to be delivered then about 3 hours past the time i was given for its delivery i received a notification that my parcel was damaged and could not be delivered..and it said "please contact sender for more details".
So i contacted JTF to see what was going on & heard nothing... (Tried contacting them multiple times over a period of months)... Then i contacted ZIP to let them know that i was not going to pay for the order as i did not receive it & also sent them a screenshot of the hermes notification of non delivery as proof & sent them copies of all social media contact & the emails that i had sent to JTF (all with no reply), Took ages arguing with ZIP to convince them to contact JTF about it.. ZIP emailed me straight back & said that JTF had emailed them & confirmed i did receive the order (DID NOT) & refuse to cancel the charges or help me to take this further to get my refund paid back to my ZIP account (they completely disreagrd all the proof i have sent them) and this issue is still unresolved to now

Order came on time but the delivery driver dropped one of the boxes and when we unpacked the product two of the corners were slightly damaged. Didn't want to return as we had sold our other units and needed the new ones . Nice units . Just a shame about the slight damage

Terribly disappointed
I ordered a sandpit on 19th March....when it didn't arrive we tried to cancel. But then on 6th June the lid was delivered. Then JTF said we couldn't get a refund until they had collected the lid. Now 24th August I'm still waiting.

We then had to go to visa to get our money back.

Thanks for collecting my damaged item and then going into administration the following day and not refunding me £300! Absolute disgrace of a company! I have not been able to contact anyone to discuss this.

Ordered and paid for goods on the Sunday and the next day the goods were reduced in price. I phoned and asked for a refund on the difference and was told I couldnât have one!

i ordered diamond trellis and received fan trellis, this was after waiting over 2 months , forest garden collected the fan trellis 3 days later with no replacement trellis, ive sent numerous emails and had no satisfaction ,so, i went elsewhere asked for a refund on several occasions with no response back, bearing in mind this has been going on since MAY so im still owed £218.00 . i would not use or recommend JTF to anyone again.
