Thank you for spending part of your valuable time to review and rate Jubilee Web Host.
Kindly note that your domain (urbanmagazine.biz) was not sold. Rather, you delayed to renew it. As such, it was deleted from the registry and some other person registered it as a new domain with some other registrar different from Jubilee Web Host.
Please note that;
When a domain name expires, you have up to 30 days to renew it at the normal rate. This is called the grace period.
When the grace period expires, your domain is scheduled for deletion. This is called the redemption period. At this point, you can only regain access to the domain by paying a redemption fee.
If the redemption period expires without you paying a redemption period to restore your domain, it is completely deleted from the registry. At this point, the domain becomes available to anyone who wants to register it with any registrar.
Your domain (urbanmagazine.biz) expired on 30/06/2022. By the time your paid for its renewal on 18/09/2022, it had already been deleted from the registry and re-registered by someone else. As such, we could not process its renewal and thus refunded your money and advised you to choose another domain. We are glad you were able to choose another domain.
Kindly always renew your domains in time to avoid losing access to them.

wordpress downloading scripts instead of executing the web scripts
I really got helped out when my wordpress website would not execute but rather download php scripts and am really glad that when i shared what i was technically facing with my web hosting company. (jubileewebhost) they were understanding and they handled me well and they told to check my php version, under my cpanel and then went to mulitphp and i had to select my domain then changed my php version to the appropriate one.

All the team seems to be good but
All the team seems to be good but, at web designing i got challenge of communication because there is no one directly responsible to be updating me and that made me even to follow the team on Saturday thinking they work on weekend.
Secondly, if a client pledged to pay i see no reason of over emailing and texting.
