WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Firstly I had to call to see when the glasses would be delivered as there wasn't any communication other than the order form, I was told they are on the way and was only given a tracking number after I asked, the lady on the phone was rude and stated âits not her problemâ in regards to postage needing a signature. Also, heavy breathing down the phone was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
When the package arrived, I was surprised to find the delivery box was a cheap flexible box with nothing protecting the glasses from damage in transit, much better packaging is required 100%!!
Unfortunately the glasses had to be returned, nothing to do with quality, that was fine.
After paying nearly £10 for a signed for next day delivery, the tracking showed on 3 separate occasions delivery had been attempted but nobody was there to sign for the package⊠it was returned to the address stated on their returns policy. I called several times to be met by the same person, who could do with some customer service training. After a few email exchanges, they requested a change of delivery address, to their local post office, 1 hour and 30 minutes later I rearranged the delivery, which should not have been left to me. In the words of the lady I spoke to, I should have said âits not my problemâ
After reading the returns policy it doesn't state that a partial refund is offered, to be told by the lady on the phone âoh it should sayâ so another suggestion would be to make this clear on the returns policy which I read several times.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Use a company such as glasses direct, the only reason I used this company was there nowhere else that had the frame my daughter wanted.
