None delivery with no explanation
Have happily received orders for a number of years - good service. However, I did not receive my last Lutein delivery and so ran out. On phoning I was told - oh we ran out of stock. I was not impressed. I have subsequently received an email explaining and apologising for the issue and am back to being a happy customer.

Thank you for your continued support since 2011, we really value it, and I’m sorry for the experience with your recent order.
You’re absolutely right to expect clearer communication. Your usual product was out of stock, and while we spoke and arranged Visisoft Lutein as an alternative, we should have been more proactive in informing you from the outset rather than you having to chase this.
We recommended Visisoft Lutein as it contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin along with additional supporting nutrients, but we completely understand this isn’t the same as receiving your regular product without disruption.
I’ve also reached out to you directly via email so we can resolve this properly for you.

Well worth it
My order of calcium citrate arrived promptly. Good quality and agrees with me much better than the GP prescribed calcium carbonate. Well worth paying for, I will be ordering again.
