This was our very recent experience of JWP, when Fiona Haigh came to deal with our wills and powers of attorneys. We felt reassured at every turn, and I would not hesitate to recommend them, and Fiona, to anyone who needs legal help.

I made a will and power of attorney recently with Fiona Haigh. She made the experience pleasantly unstressfull. I cannot praise her enough . She was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, just a few attributes she had. I would strongly recommend her, she is a credit to you.

Fiona Haigh of JWP assisted us in writing our wills and applying for Power of Attourney. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained everything in layman's terms. We were given plenty of time to ask questions and we would have no hesitation in recommending her most highly.

We found her to be very helpful, explaining things fully to us and advising us where necessary.

Previously contacted them for advise and to look at a consultation got told they would be in touch no contact tried ringing a few times no answer.

Further update to my previous review regarding collapsing of the family Trust for our son Andrew Edward Taylor who passed away on 31st May 2024.

I am now back on track with Joanna Longfellow I have had some positive indepth conversations with Joanna it seems as can often be the case the hold up has been with getting the alterations made to the Land Registry Certificate for my property and of course this aspect was completely out of JWP's hands.

So now the paper work is in the post to me for me to peruse.

Misinformation and payments for emails and replies, I paid over 500 pound for a case they did not represent me on, all payments were for reading emails and replying. They haven't once contacted me to see how the case is or has it come to an end. They just told me all the charges were for reading and replying to emails including one email where I asked did they receive payment and they sent a simple yes and was charged for asking did they receive payment. Avoid this company.

Terrible advice given. Left us to struggle through a legal process we didn't understand, then lied & denied the advice they gave. Our solicitor was blasè & very unprofessional with a Cavalier attitude. Do not recommend & will never use again. Only interested in the money. Avoid.

I had booked them for a police interview at Leeds Elland Road they never turned up they were a no show that is all i can say i won't be contacting them again & good luck if you call them for the same. .
