Lack of communication

When you try to contact the office, a counselor, a principal or a teacher you can never get through. You are always rerouted to the wrong person or you get no answer at all. If you are lucky to get an answering machine, no one that can help you will ever call you back. It's nothing but a headache and I am so tired of it. You either get a good teacher or you get someone who doesn't care.

It's been a great experience for my child ,the teachers are good at explaining things so my child learns better .The convenience really works for our schedules they are very flexible.
