I bought the petrol green matt steamulation pro x3 and I was expecting a black hose but instead I got like a neon green one. The quality is very good but the colour just doesn't go. But other than that the shisha itself is very good.

I have ordered many times with Kakas. The service and the the years of top customer service is obvious, my number one site for all my shisha goods.

They send my parcel by mistake to another country, but that was not some big problem, because they sent new one immediately when I informed them about the mistake and also gave me a gift voucher, so I was sattisfied at the end.

The customer service team contacted me the day of shipping to ask if I wanted another colour of a bowl I purchased because my chosen colour was out of stock.
