Very poor service. Dont put your hard money to the garbage just by seeing good advertisements by such non responsive service providers.

There is no system, no process, no SOP no timeline for response to customer. I have been asking for my booking confirmation from last three weeks and still there is no response.

There is no escalation. The so called manager Vishal Chauhan is so much busy that it seems like only he is running the whole world. I am also a manager and totally understand that I have to respond to each and every query/calls coming at work.

I have been trying to connect to Vishal Chauhan from more than two weeks. Out of 20 calls to him, he responded only one that too first call by mistake. After-then there is no response to my calls to him.

In such a fast world when time is the money Karlton doesnt value the time of customer. The customer keeps calling them every third day after not hearing from them as if he has got a job to call them ask for an update everyday.

These no system companies are running on the money of the customers like us. only we are fools to trust them and pay them in advance whole money and then beg for their response every second day. Let’s give them such a hard slap that they learn to respond to customer first.

Only a tele-caller who have no idea of any booking confirmation. There is no escalation. They are failing to manage themselves, how can they manage the bookings and plans of the customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karlton Holidays.

I purchased a one-year holiday membership and submitted a booking request for a 3-night stay in Munnar well in advance on 10 August 2026. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls over the following month, I received no proper response from the company.

I repeatedly contacted their representative and was assured that my booking would be checked and confirmed. However, no confirmation was provided. On 9 September 2026, just one day before my planned check-in date, I was informed that my request had been overlooked and that no accommodation could be arranged.

As a result, my vacation plans were completely disrupted. What was most disappointing was not just the failure to provide the booking, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer support throughout the process.

I subsequently requested cancellation of my membership and a refund, but even those emails have gone unanswered.

Based on my experience, Karlton Holidays failed to deliver the level of service promised to its members. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and commitment to customers in the future

No customer support
first they will give good booking after that they ll ask you give review to others and they ll make advertisement
That RAVI salesperson is big scammer
he wont answer your calls after your payment
pls dont fall for them
i lost 50k
they removed reviewing option on google
they ll give u past booking vouchers and make feel that its real
pls dont waste your money
