I do not recommend the customer service from KartSim I bought the full pro package end of 2025 for £600. Now they want me to purchase it again for £600 just to get the updated karts and tracks 4 months from purchase which should just be an upgrade to there already pro package customers.. ( I’ve had it 4 months )

If this was a new game I was getting I’d understand but it’s not it’s just an update.

Also your recent post where you put ( you said we listened ) I commented asking for pro customer to be able to upgrade to v4 which you deleted twice!

Not good customer service! Rather than replying they deleted me from there page can’t take criticism!

kart-sim is a scam website.

They owe me a small amount of money but refuse to pay. They don't respond to my emails despite multiple attempts. With such a disrespectful attitude towards customers and partners, kart-sim.com's products are unreliable.
Everyone should be wary of kart-sims products.
